Store was neat and clean. Sales people were all friendly. Checkout was well manned. Katie P made sure I had used all my available discounts. This was the Lake Zurich Il store # 0420

I buy very nice, warm, quality coats to donate to charity. purchased 180 at a very reasonable price. store is always tidy.

I am updating a previous post where my order was rung up incorrectly. On my recent visit, not only was the order rang up accurately, but Grace and Tracy at the register were warm, friendly, and professional.

Haven't shopped here in a long time. Needed new gym shoes today. I was lured in with a 30% off coupon that expired TODAY! Went in and picked out a pair of UnderArmor cross trainers. Brought my $79.99 shoes to the register and got $5.71 off my shoes. Huh?? I said, "That's not 30% off!" I was told "The 30% doesn't work for the 'big' brands." If I wasn't in a hurry I would have taken the time to flip out on this blatant BAIT AND SWITCH by Kohl's!!!!!!

I love this store! I’ve been here 3 times in the past week because I got a new job that required I wear a suit to work every day. Kohl’s was the perfect place to fulfill that requirement. Each time I came in they helped me save a bunch of money on my purchases. The first time they offered me 35% off if I signed up for Kohl’s rewards, so I did. The second time, they told me if I came back on the Friday of that week, I would get 20% off, so I did. When I came in on that Friday, Glenn from customer service was awesome!! He not only helped me figure out how to receive the 20% off discount, he also gave me a coupon for 15% off for my next purchase, and $15 Kohl’s cash!! How awesome is that! I love the service I get from all the staff, and I want to especially shoutout Glenn for his great customer service!

Brought back an Amazon purchase. Was very easy and simple. No packaging or reboxing the item. Just print out your return slip, or use the phone App with the QR code. The representative was friendly and helpful. The return department is to the left and half-way back into the store as you enter from the main entrance. There are orange signs in the store directing you to Amazon return department.

3 pair of pants for $166, saved $27 and was given $30 in Kohl’s Cash. Damn prices have gone up! I’d hate to see what I’d pay in other stores! Hopefully I can afford some new undershirts with my Kohl’s Cash 😂
