Best Buy

Went in to talk with Geek Squad. He was super helpful, very informative. Not pushy at all but after dealing with him I'm VERY Inclined to sign up with them plus my cousin raves about them.

It had been a while since I had entered a Best Buy but the nostalgia kicked in quickly. Lots of TV choices and a mini Apple store are fun but the Magnolia theater is the crown jewel. They have a lot of laptops and TVs tools at which helps

Good fast service and a unbeatable price on a OLED LG 48" tv for $550/regular price $1295. Kildeer IL. store.Even beat Costco this time which is hard to do. People were very nice and helpful

I always come to this location over the one in Arlington Heights because I have gotten better customer service at this location. I just bought a tv and sound bar from this location today. An associate named Rory helped me today and he was extremely helpful. With how Rory helped me it was the best customer customer service I received in my life with going to a store.

Best Buy is still a great place to shop for electronics, computers, appliances, and entertainment. They usually have a good selection of products and the prices are reasonable. I still like the idea of going to a store to look at things before I buy them. I also like buying things and being able to take them home and use them right away.

Nice shopping experience, the staff at the door promptly redirected us to the aisle where we wanted to shop. Got everything we needed.

ONE OF THE BEST experiences I had in a while at BestBuy was at their Mobile Installation station! I went in for installation of the remote starter which I bought online through BestBuy’s website. Without further questions asked, Jesus instantly started working on my car and it was very nice of him to take my car since I was a bit late. Thank you so much Jesus!!! He thoroughly explained everything after installation and answered all my questions and gave me advice too!!! All in all, thank you Jesus for making my further Winter time warm and comfy!

I needed a coax cable to move my entertainment system to another place in the room. Best Buy had exactly what I needed. An associate pointed me in the right direction, but didn't hover over me to "help". Checkout was quick and easy. Best Buy is my choice for electronics

I love tech, but staff needs a boost

I needed something specific, the staff were efficient, got me exactly what I needed and for a good price. I was very pleased with the shopping experience.

I went to get some ram for my laptop, I know nothing about the stuff, but an associate named Jonathan in electronics was able to help me. He was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever talked to in my life. He was more than willing to help me find what would work for me, as well as making another recommendation that ended up being an even better solution. The man deserves a raise haha. I appreciate it Jonathan hopefully you’ll see this.

I was very satisfied after the first purchase in this store. The seller Habib told and explained everything in detail, I am very grateful to him!

Easy to access and it has all kinds of things you would want to see in person before buying. Their prices are in line with what you would find online. The staff is very helpful.

Friendly employees that are helpful, but don't bug you or stalk you, like at some other locations.

I purchase all my electronics there. Mostly because I love having Geek Squad available nearby right in the store. Also their pricing is usually better than anyone else's.

I appreciate Best Buy’s safety protocols that they have in place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all and assisted me right away. They weren’t crowded with customers or staff standing around. Overall, my trip was very calm and efficient.

I rarely stop at a place this far from home, but I needed a few cables to help a friend with A/V setup. I didn't have much time, so I was very pleased to be greeted by someone quickly and taken straight to the ones I needed.
I was shown a couple of alternatives, but never pressured to get anything else. I'm quite impressed with the great service and they had a pretty good selection as well (at least of the cables like I wanted). I'll definitely keep this Best Buy on one of my favorite lists in case I'm in the area again and need something. Well done!
