Anthony knows his stuff! Our W/D purchase involved atypical closet dimensions and he steered us in the right direction as to what would fit. AND, he assured us that right side dryer venting would be adjusted at the factory. In spite of all this, delivery was promised in two days. AWESOME. Thank you so much. 10+
UPDATE: It took a bit longer than two days but through no fault of Grand's. Delivery crews were efficient and polite. Still very pleased.

Just had a new washer delivered. What a great delivery system! I was sent emails and texts notifying me of the timing of my delivery and a link to track the delivery truck. The driver called me when he was 30 minutes away. (So much better than having no info while waiting during a four hour window.) Robert, the delivery person, was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He offered explanations and answered questions. He was careful when removing the old washer and installing the new one. He tested the washer to make sure it was working properly and made sure it was level. Very smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

We stopped by the store in Lake Zurich and found Lobelio, the sales rep, to be very helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and also printed out some document specifications for us to take home. We ended up calling back the next day and placing our order over the phone.

The install was done 2 days after the purchase and went as smooth as could be expected.

Easy to do business with. Free delivery, good communication. Salesmen know the products. Wish I would have gotten my kitchen appliance package from them. I bought from a big box store and when I had a problem, had to figure it out myself because the staff wasn't knowledgeable about the products. Thanks Grand Appliance for making my shopping experience easy, worth the 30 min drive.

Oh my gosh! Anthony was amazing at the Lake Zurich store. The show room is gorgeous with so many models and choices. Anthony was so knowledgeable about ALL his products. He is patient and listens to what you want. Plus it is quiet and it’s like you have your own personal shopper. I brought my sister back the next day. No crazy hassles. Not crowded. Just a relaxed environment!

We came in with a mission of buying a new LG refrigerator. Lobelio showed us models that would fit and within a half hour we had made our decision and were back out the door! HOWEVER - a warning to customers - measure the fridge you want WITH THE DOOR/DOORS OPEN before you buy. Our favorite LG French-door model had thick doors that, when open, added 2 inches to the width on either side. When it was delivered, we found we couldn't open the right door without scratching the wall and had to exchange the fridge for a narrower model.

Grand Appliance at Lake Zurich is an excellent store. The staff is very helpful and very honest about the different brands they carry. They step up to the plate and are willing to take care of you if you have an issue with a purchase. That is rare these days. I highly recommend this store for any and all appliances you may need. My husband and I renovate houses and look forward to doing business again with Grand Appliance of Lake Zurich.

My sales person was Brian and he was extremely helpful and patient with me when purchasing a washer and dryer. I compared the appliances and he matched the price with what I found at another store. The delivery and communication was awesome as I could follow the driver to know exactly when they would be at my home.

What a great place to buy appliances. Not crowded, answered all our questions, cheaper installation than other places and in and out in 20 minutes. Painless! Will definitely go back for future appliance needs.
