This McDonalds has the best customer service, you are treated more like a friend that's visiting rather than just a customer by ALL that work there, ESPECIALLY by the man named Angel who mostly works the drive-thru! He is more than just a pleasant fixture at this McDonalds, he's a breath of fresh air!! Also, the food is hot & fresh & honestly I MUCH RATHER PREFER this McDonalds over the one next to Mariano's! You won't be disappointed!

My buddy and I stopped here on the way to pick up a motorcycle in Wauconda. This was just a random stop for lunch but I have to say it was one of the cleanest McDonald's locations I've ever been to. I rated the food a 4 only because it's fast food and fast food shouldn't even have the option to get 5 stars. The service was great and friendly. The only reason we had to wait was due to the change from breakfast to lunch.

The night manager who has the double lip piercings is the nicest worker there and they are all great. She sets the bar extremely high with her amazing customer service and kindness. She is able to entertain customers at the window with funny kind banter and still gets food out in a timely manner. I told her I worked at starbucks and she even had follow up questions. I felt very seen. This is honestly my favorite place to eat and she made my experience even better. She deserves a raise and props for sure.

The food here tastes better than at other McDonald’s. The hours are short but the workers here are usually friendly as well. Frequently stop by here with my family after target trips or after Costco runs or even after the gym for a little treat.

This McDonalds is very good to order stuff. Tastes better than any other McDonalds. The Grimace shake here is delicious! They put effort in it and it actually tastes good! Thanks LZ McDonalds!

This McDonald’s is phenomenal! I do not live in the area or frequent McDonald’s often, but we always stop here when traveling through for years. It is always consistent! The food is hot and the service great. Other McDonald’s should get trained by this team! #sweetspot #quality

I wish I could rate them 10 stars. Check my other review before this. I was welcomed with open arms here and the smiling older gentleman taking my order was the first positive interaction I’ve had all day.

I met with the manager to ask for help with my mobile app which hasn’t been letting me redeem any rewards for months. He was the only manager that was able to help me! Others at other locations just dismissed it saying they can’t help with app issues. So thank you for taking the time to problem solve resulting in a satisfied customer! It’s those things that make a difference. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

The cleanest and most friendly McDonalds I’ve ever been too! Lady cleaning, I believe her name is Robin, keeps the place immaculate and is very nice. Man who took my order and brought out the food (he may even be the manager) was also very nice and friendly. We came all the way from Mchenry for the playland but got so much more:)

Late night success, all the order was perfect hot and tasty, took a little longer than usual but as i pulled through the drive thru i on saw only one white suburban. Guy was probably alone and got my order perfect and it was hot when I got home. Don't usually write reviews for McDonald's but nice work.

Jose the manager is great in the morning! Sometimes I would pick up food for not just myself and they would make sure to get the order right. They have ran out after me to give me the correct order before I left. Always quick service and the food is hot and 'fresh'. Newly reconstructed.

As always, I enjoyed my McDonalds. The food here is always hot, fresh, n juicy. Nothing better than hot fries right out of the fryer. Zero calorie too when I order them. The staff is super friendly and the store is clean and COVID-19 sanitized. I highly recommend you to try out this location.

This particular McDonald's is very clean. Also, the drive-through staff seems to be very organized and works together as a team. Even during rush hour when they are totally packed and very busy, they seem to work through it expertly and I don't wait very long considering the amount of people there. Not to mention the fact that they are the only McDonald's that I have been to, that has not messed up my coffee once. Flawless coffee making skills is a definite plus. I recommend this location.

Amazing McDonald’s! Food is fresh and hot, and we had a nice gentleman named “Angel.” He gave my grandkids a little Pokémon toy. Thank you, Angel! Great McDonald’s.

We recently had our boys birthday party there and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very organized and our host was helpful and got us whatever we needed. They provided us with everything and the kids had a great time! I highly recommend having a birthday party there.

This McDonald's is always on point. We came for breakfast. The line was long but they were efficient and food was fresh! My kids made many friends while playing in the playland on Sat mornings when they were younger.

Clean and kid-friendly. Also with a play space.

I had a bit of a problem with a late night order - long wait, etc.. I gave my review on the receipt survey (which also gets you a free Quarter Pounder if ya didn't already know - when you buy one) - anyway, the owner Edgar personally called me & discussed the situation & was so courteous and apologetic for the error. He immediately offered to send me a coupon to correct the error from that previous order. Well done Edgar! Way to stand up and make things right! I will be back & faith is restored!

It's McD...enough said! Since the remodel, place looks modern and welcoming...the drive thru is a breeze always. Great for a quick bite on the go...our family loves the frozen Coke products.
