Panera Bread

Kid at the rugster had no idea what he was doing or what we were asking for. Checked with the manager who said everything was correct, come to find out it wasn't. We were all charged for large bowls of soup instead of cups. Stood at the register for like 10 before we left to get it corrected and couldn't find anyone and no workers came to ask us a thing.

I last minute decided to stop by for dinner and I'm very delighted that I did. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond i even got a free cookie ! I was going to take it to go but felt so comfortable/ comforted I decided to eat in. I've realized it's hard to come by a great atmosphere at a restaurant but they did just that. I'll definitely being coming in again

I don’t know how they did it, but a year ago, I hated Panera. I think it was the sip club that got me going to daily (Panera) - even more than someone goes to daily mass (as there’s no daily mass on Sat). Thank you Panera!!! Especially the Lake Zurich Panera.

Parking sometimes is rough, but a great place!

Just passing by, stopped for a quick snack. We were sitting outside. Food was good, like everywhere else at Panera bread.
Very busy place, I think they are understaffed, give them a break people! Just clean up after yourself. I saw a lot entitled customers with their spoiled children. I bet they are leaving mess everywhere!

Last time I went to Panera was to a different location and it was not really good. This time I decided to try a different location, food was really good and it was ready really fast.

Difficult location to access unless you’re headed the right direction but they are one of the few locations that don’t seem to be out of what I want when I go. The young man taking orders at the register is quick and efficient.

Went today and got an order. Received all my food made perfectly. Manager was very friendly and talkative. Made jokes and even gave me a free cookie!! Will be coming back again!!! Thank you for the great service.

Have been coming to Panera often because of the healthy and taste food. Each time we see the manager Ken, he is always so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing! My BBQ chicken salad and charged lemonade were wonderful. Most of all, the service was phenomenal. Ken took my order and he was very polite, with a big smile. He took the time to go back and make fresh and warm bread for me. Highly recommend!

Great location! Been coming in quite a bit recently because I heard about the sip club. Staff are super friendly, especially Christopher working front counter. Every time I come in he greets me and is super friendly with myself and other customers

I love the pepperoni flatbread! Expect a long wait at the drive through if you’re coming at lunchtime.

Awesome workers and food ! The bagels are a must ! Especially the chocolate chip & apple crisp bagels !! 🥯

This is the best and friendliest Panera I’ve been to in a long while. The food felt better because of the manager greeting everyone. He even checked up on some of the workers to see how they were doing. What a great experience.

I just want to give a quick shout-out to this Panera location! I called this morning in need of 10 totes of hot chocolate for our staff, and without any hesitation - they said they'll start working on it right away. I arrived a little over an hour later (my requested pick up time) to all 10 totes packed and ready to go with cups, lids, and whipped cream! The manager even called while I was on my way to let me know they were ready. The hot chocolate was still hot, well over an hour after pick up as well. This sweet treat truly made our staff's day! Thank you so much!

My daughter has several allergies and we do s lot of our father / daughter dates here. It's not the easiest lot to get in/out of, and parking is sometimes a trick, but we will be back.

I had a breakfast sandwich that was excellent. The workers were very nice too.

I wish this location answered the phone because Michelle was working the drive thru this morning and she is the sweetest person. They made my drink wrong which is 100% not a big deal and she kept apologizing, offered to remake it and when I told her it was okay.. she asked if I wanted the wrong one plus the right drink. She was so sweet and tried to make it right despite me telling her it was okay.
