Seriously, all Hallmark locations within 100 miles of San Antonio have people that actually know what they are doing, and if they don’t know, they will humbly ask for your patience while they research or ask fellow co-workers, even to the point, and I have experienced this a few times in my 20+ years of buying Hallmark, call other stores for assistance in getting you the right answer or item or knowledge of xyz.

Update: One of BEST Hallmark stores I have ever shopped at. I cannot wait for the 2024 season. I wish this business and its A+ manager of 17 years and their team nothing but the best in the success of their store, for the betterment of their community, and overall team; the employees behind the manager that truly represents their excellence in retail and in customer service. Great store to shop by phone from. I have never been in the store. I only shop by phone from this store. I live in Oregon City Oregon. They have the best customer service that I have ever had from any store I shop by phone from. I shop from other hallmark stores as well by phone but this 1 really knows COSTUMER SERVICE very well. I hope 1 of these days I will be able to take a trip and go do in person damage at this store so I can meet every 1 from the store. From Ray Hebert

This store is exploding in product! I had to make two complete rounds of the store to make sure I saw everything! The entire amazing staff is so sweet, fun and helpful! I travel 3 1/2 hours for their amazing hospitality. Definitely worth the drive.

I love this store. I get excited when there's an occasion coming up that I get to go pick out a card for, because I really enjoy shopping here. The Hallmark cards are amazing, of course, but there are a lot of other great gift items in the store. The prices are good, and their rewards program is even better! The employees at this particular location are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful.

One of very few Hallmark shops still around. Staff is VERY friendly & helpful. Full inventory of collectibles, all-occasion cards, fine assortment gifts, etc. If they don't have your Hallmark request, they will order it for you. You'll enjoy browsing the fully stocked shop! ❤
