Bath & Body Works

Every Bath and Body Works smells extremely fragrant. However, this one got it right. There was a balance of smell where it didnt hit you at the front door. They even offered sanitizer at the front of the door.

Also, staff was extremly friendly and store was overall clean and organized. Overall, this visit has to be one of the best stores in San Antonio / Helotes area.

I will return for for future business.

I absolutely love Bath & Body Works. I have an addiction to their wallflowers. I can smell a dirty sock 3 houses down so the thought of my house smelling offensive horrifies me. Is there a Wallflower support group some where?

This place is amazing, I showed up here on $9.95 sale day and boy let me tell you it gets cray cray. I witnessed a mother throw her youngest daughter for the last Black Tie candle. I lost a toe for the stress relief eucalyptus and mint and almost got stabbed for the Dark Taekwood by a dark..... All in all I survived and now my hospital room smells amazing! Thanks for the savings!

I love going to shop at Bath and Body Works because I save each and every time I go. My husband says they keep me coming back by sending me coupons all the time. 👍🏻🤗

If you like Bath and Bodyworks products, I strongly suggest you sign up for their emails. Tremendous savings both online and in the store. The store on Bandera was brimming with helpful salespeople. Even on one of the most busy sale days they had plenty of friendly staff, checkout was reasonably fast

This b&bw is amazing, it has nice employees and great scents to choose from. But I never find Strawberry pound cake, it's almost never there. But in total it's amazing.

Friendly greeting and assistance offered and is clean and well-organized. The new fragrances are better this year and many of the "standard" fragrances are still offered.

Great selection! Found exactly what I was looking for! Friendly and helpful sales associates! Wrapped my glass candle holders well so they won't get broken! Definitely recommend and definitely would return!

I love this location. Normally I go to the Alamo Ranch one, but I think I found my go-to. The staff was so nice and helpful! Very sweet! And they even helped me with info on coupons. Normally staff give you pushback with those mail coupons and get annoyed. But they had great customer service.Normally staff aren’t willing too at other locations. They hear coupons and they roll their eyes like it’s a big inconvenience but here. Smile the whole time.
The location is fairly new if I’m not mistaken. So organized,big space, friendly people! You can take my money! 😀 I chose to go on “candle day”. I expected mayhem however it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed it! 😀

Had to exchange a spray I got on accident for my daughter. The staff was present if needed & let us know about specials but not "in your face", which was nice. Exchange was easy-peasy, I did have receipt from a few days before from a different store.

Very professional and courteous staff. We just wish that Bath & Body Works wouldn't replace so many of their great scented items so often.

The store is clean and orderly. Staff is everywhere, ready to help you find what you're looking for - and they know if it's a seasonal thing that's not there. The hand sanitizer selection is good - and so is the hand soap, which was on a special lower price when I was there. I went back today to get more hand sanitizer, and it was just as pleasant as last week.

Very nice store. All the ladies working here that day were super helpful and showed us lots of options! Everything was stocked up and the store looked very nice.

Everyone was so helpful. The greeters at the front door prepared you on the specials of the day; however, I had an olfactory overload! I get so overwhelmed, I have a hard time choosing what to take home! Finally settled on a Lavender Vanilla candle, and all I wanted was to buy a gift card for my daughter! LOL!
