I was very pleased with the professional and friendly assistance that I received by store employee, Harrison, during my recent visit to have color brochures printed at Office Depot. There were some technical questions that he was able to answer in order to ensure that the print job was done accurately. I have been a regular customer for many years and always appreciate the friendliness of the staff and management each time that I visit Office Depot. In addition, I had to make a return trip during the same week to have more color copies printed. This time, store employee, Amanda, assisted me and again the level of professional service and help with my order was superb. I feel confident in relying on Office Depot not only for quality merchandise but for quality service from the friendly staff.

I won’t waste my time going anywhere else. Here my price needs and goals were met with ease. Friendly knowledgeable staff with outstanding care and customer service makes this Office Depot stand out. Thanks Harrison I have been serving events 30 years of all types and I expect my clients to feel their needs and wants were exceeded, I was pleasantly surprised to have that experience at an Office Depot! Convenient and not too busy of an area to get in and out. I go here now versus using UPS or FedEx kinkos stores for printing services.

I work from home in Austin for a company based in San Antonio, but occasionally come into town for business and, when I'm in town and have to take care of something work-related that I can't do myself, I come here to take care of it. This time it was laminating some pricing information for our sales people. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful whenever I come in, and the store is conveniently located for me.

Amanda is the BEST. Thoroughly enjoy know I’m in good hands while handling my business needs!!!

Office Depot on Bandera Rd has awesome customer service. As I walked in the front door, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. She led me to the dept and even showed me how to insert new toner on my printer. I was very pleased. Thank you!

Blake, it’s always so helpful. He is definitely a hard worker. Other individuals at this location are very kind as well. Their customer service really stands out. There is a need for another employee during their peak hours and season. So, if you are in a rush I really wouldn’t recommend it. The good thing is they do offer printing services that you can request online ahead of time. I really like visiting this location for its customer service.

Collin helped me with a FAX order and I was super impressed by his outstanding customer service skills and his energy. He was working very hard and fast to attend to all customers very efficiently and timely. When he couldn’t do it he immediately got another associate to help. He was literally hopping from place to place to tend to his customers. You don’t see this much anymore.

Great store in which to shop. I have been there several times but this time I was greeted with a smile and a lot of professional assistance. Jon was my greeter and he made me feel like the most important person in the store! And I got exactly what I needed.

I haven't always been a huge Office Depot fan, mostly due to staffing issues, but came here after today's bad experience at the UPS store. I was greeted by friendly faces, and Rudy asked how he could help me. I had kind of a unique situation and he was ready to do what he could to help. I needed to copy certificates that I couldn't just drop off and needed specialty paper for them. He helped me find the paper and even jumped in to help in the print center to make sure it got done while I waited. Will be back, thank you so much.

Best customer service ever. Employees are very well trained, a reflection of management at the Bandera location. Though I live closer to a competitor, I'll always default to those who appreciate my business.

The moment I walked in, a guy immediately greeted me at the door to see if I needed anything specific. I told him I need a filing cabinet. He walked me straight to the aisle with all the filing cabinets. He explained the detailed differences between them. I selected one. Then he lifted the box and took it on his shoulders to the front of the store for me. And then even to my car!! I was sooo unexpectedly amazed with his "above and beyond" customer service that I tried to give him a tip, but he didn't accept it and said he just loves helping out customers. HE'S THE FRIGGIN BEST. Who WAS that guy? I wish I knew his name. Tell him thank you!

Store manager was very helpful in my product selection. He was not pushy and tried to steer me in a product he wanted. Gave me information but allowed me to choose the best for me.

Good selection and perfect price matching efforts by the cashier. Better than Amazon.

I came here a little skeptical based on some reviews I printed out some brochures for business but I have to say I am truly impressed Rudy the sales manager in the printing Department not only did he print out my stuff in a timely manner and he also went above and beyond and made sure my prints were perfect I was seriously dreading thinking that they were going to be messed up but they were actually perfect I will be definitely bringing my business back here again thank you again Rudy
