Very clean always. Great for late night snacks and coffee, plus a beautiful selection of tea. It's the safest gas station in town which is a plus late night. The nicest lady works there, I wish I remembered her name, but she works late nights so wanted to show appreciation! Thank you!

Absolutely Awesome customer service from the shop attendee with the name tag that reads the name Mario , I was greeted with delightful small talk & a smile , great Job Sir!

Nice little quick gas stop. I always seem to find an open pump here as oppose to some other spots around this size.

Average Kwik Shop in Lawrence, although much friendlier than most, other than that Bob guy.... always cranky and rude to customers.

Make sure to redeem your fuel points inside if you want to. It's getting close to a year that they've been saying it's a "temporary" issue at the pumps. Otherwise, it's what you expect from a gas station and convenient store, nothing particularly strong or weak about it.

This was the slowest gas pump I ever used in my life. Cleaned every window on my car and waited and additional 5 minutes before it was done. Only about ten gallons.

Make sure you pay attention to the grade you are selecting. Regular unleaded is in the middle, not on the left.

If you want to use Dillons points you have to prepay and know exactly how much gas you're buying. Inconvenient.

Watched dealers show up, give the clerk "customer service" as she looked me in my eye as i was approaching the door to prepay, she locked the door and put a be back sticker on the door with no shame. Sad!

This place is terrible. Fuel points don't work and they don't care. The employees said they suck as company and won't fix anything

The pumps will prompt you for rewards, but then freezes and won't let you actually use your discount. You must go inside and know the actual amount of fuel you will be getting to use your discount. Kwik Shop has quickly gone from one of the best gas station chains in town, to the absolute worst. Zero maintenance and upkeep is being done to their pumps when problems arise. Avoid if possible.

This a horrible company, they let there employees bully each other in front of us customers. Emotions should never be yelling at eachother especially in front of customers. It really just shows how much there managers care. They are horrible slow, especially when there's multiple people there but only 1 is checking people out.

Always at least 1 pump out of order. Can't use fuel points unless you prepay. Broken air pump. Just kind of a run down place.

Went there tonight I go there almost every day to get a soda haven’t really had any issues. One night I wanted a fountain drink like 3 or 4 were out and when I asked him to change it he said he’s not allowed to go back and change it. Then tonight I went in there to get a fountain I put ice in my cup and thank god I looked at the ice in my cup cuz there was a fly I don’t know if it was in the ice or already in cup and then there was long hairs in the drip pan. I didn’t say anything I just walked out completely took my urge away from wanting a pop. Yuck 🤮🤮
