Well stocked, great pricing, really nice people

This is a mini cultural vacation to an area like Chinatown in NYC or San Francisco. While I don’t appreciate many of the items sold here, they do have a get selection of things that we buy. It will take years to try all of the different brands of hoisin sauce.

Very good pan-Asian selection. The owner & staff have always steered me towards good products for making different style dishes (Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc).and explain nuances of that product vs others or how to use it. The pricing is very reasonable. I have never had a bad dish from the take out as I am slowly making my way down the menu🙂

The ownership is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Their selection of curries is enough to stop alone. Nice produce and the restaurant in the back is absolutely worth a visit.

Excellent market. My top choice for Asian specialty ingredients. It's easy to get overwhelmed with the choices for products, there is so much variety. Need fish sauce? There are easily 10 different kinds. Don't know what kind of rice is the best? Ask the staff. The staff/ownership has always been very helpful with finding things I'm looking for (which can be tough) and recommending the best kind of whatever it is they helped me find.

This place is chock full of wonderful Asian ingredients. I was particularly pleased to find that they had haw candies (my kids love them!) as well as proper Thai tea (not powder). Word to the wise though- it is VERY cold in there. Like refrigerator cold! The owner was friendly and helpful, the variety of goods was excellent, and it was overall a great experience (even if cold!).

This place is beyond wonderful. During such a trying time you are greeted with hand sanitizer and gloves at the door. The stock of products in store is wonderful and clean. We had a bit of an issue with a product we purchased to no fault of the staff or owners, but upon calling.. we were given a full refund with some very sweet gifts for the trouble followed by profuse apologies. I have never been treated so kindly by owners of an establishment who were eager to make things right. I will be back and they have my business from now on. Great people, great selection and very nice environment. Would reccomend any time.

Large and well-stocked market with friendly workers. I went in with a list and got everything on it easily, often with multiple options and brands available. They take Google Pay/Apple Pay at checkout (something I noticed because I forgot my wallet). Can't wait to go back!

No, not the grocery store, the resteraunt. Tucked into the back of this store is a small, wonderfully delicious hidden spicy place.
Small, traditional menu...everything on it perfectly prepared.
But it is the flavors that will light up your mouth. The curry is so rich and creamy...the meat and fish cooked to fall apart tenderness.
Also, plenty of veggie options
Sneak back there y'all!

I have been to the market many times but this was the first time I tried the take out food. It was AWESOME! I had the bahn mi, angel wings, and egg rolls. It was all great will definitely order take out again.

The best selection of Asian foods in the Madison area. Even the canned goods are fresher. They also have hard to find produce at very reasonable prices, although you'll have to inspect your produce closely to be sure you're getting your money's worth

Went to the hot and spicy Asian place within the store. Have been there a couple times now and everything is made to order, the food is so good! I just wish they delivered and we're open later. It closes at 7, before the store does. Highly recommend this place!

Great selection. If you are looking for any Asian food ingredients you will find it here. Reasonable prices. I enjoy browsing and walking the isles to see all the amazing products. Friendly staff.

I stop at this Market once a week for my Asian greens and medicinal vegetables that you cannot get in local grocery stores like bitter melon. Being from Florida, I used to grow all these vegetables in my garden. Now, with the limited season it is sometimes difficult to get these hot weather vegetables into my diet. I really like this Market but I would like to see a little more put into organic options.

Very affordable. If you're looking for mushrooms, turmeric root, ginger root and such for your recipes look no further. So much more affordable than my local co-op.
And an absolutely huge selection of teas!

Great place! Good selection of authentic stuff and good quality for the price, especially the produce and herbs which are much cheaper than my local place. Would recommend the tofu, herbs, noodle, rice, and sauce/paste selection!

Viet Hoa is a fantastic pan-Asian grocery. You'll find all kinds of specialty vegetables, fruits, meats, candies, and plenty more. While you're in there, check out "Hot and Spicy", a small restaurant/service counter. Absolutely delicious!
