I called about home internet. The woman working there rememberd me from a phone conversation from the day before. When I walked in she had the equipment at hand, and got me out the door within 10 minutes! What a pro! I will never regret switching my mobile, and internet service to metro. So much cheaper than Verizon, or At&t for the same exact thing. It doesn't hurt that she has a beautiful smile either. Just saying.

I had Michelle help me with porting my phone from T-Mobile to Metro. A problem came up that took my original plan for a turn but she sorted it out rather quickly using every option she could even when I gave up on a few of them. In the end, I was very happy with the results.

So far so good. I pay my bill online because so I only had to deal with the store once. It was kinda janky 3rd rate free phines or slightly better 2nd rate phones for like $50-100. I brought my own. The employees were pretty nice to me. For phone store people they were very good. I waited maybe 15-20 mins but then someone set me right up. So far cheaper and same a tmobile. Sold.

Metro PCS Employee Karen customer service skills and experience with its Customers is exceptional.
I communicated what I needed and she had the Answer, not to Mention her Genuine interest and Smile.

Love the authentic ingredients, and they are always friendly and helpful. The tamales are delicious, the homemade salsas are family favorites, and nothing beats warm fresh tortillas! Yum!

Easy in and out. Paid my bill swiftly. I have found staff at most MetroPCS stores to be great. They were here too.

Everything you need for a Mexican feast. Good prices. Nice people working there. Usually take some carne to go and grill at home.
