AT&T Store

It's been a while since I've gotten really good service. The agent was thorough with answering my questions and even printed out my bill to break things down when I asked about it.

I went inside the store today and KT and Ali were so helpful. I've been inside a few AT&t stores and they did not tell me everything I needed to know KT and Ali were very informative about devices and plans they did not leave anything out for example. When you buy something like earphones and you have the 14-day period to bring it back you would pay a deductible fee or what they call a shelfie of $50 I never knew that. This AT&t store is not in my area but I would gladly go on my way just for them to come help me again.

Kelly the manager made our experience very easy and knew exactly what we needed. We called him the next day with questions and he called us back within an hour. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌

My experience at the Sugarloaf location was excellent. The wait was less than 5 minutes. Soon as I walked in I was helped. The rep explained the phone and services in detailed. Great customer service

We had to go to 2 other AT&T stores before this one. Best customer service of all 3 stores. They knowledgeable and very friendly. The huge store on Scenic was not genuinely friendly.

No improvement needed! KT is the most professional, respectful, and knowledgeable AT&T associate I've had the pleasure of working with. He's played a major role in my decision to stay with AT&T for all my mobile and wireless needs. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy 40mm smartwatch and realized three days later there was new Valentine BOGO promo deal. After talking to two different departments on the phone for over 30 minutes, I called KT directly to see if he would be able to honor the promotion. Where as the associates on the phone were unable to assist with a smooth return in order to use the BOGO, KT handled all the needed steps to resolve my questions and concerns. I simply had to show up and pick up my "free" smartwatch. AT&T should be proud to have leaders like KT who put customers first! #ATTCustomer4Life

Location is new so everything inside and outside store is neat and very clean. Employees are nice and I was recommended what best fit with my situation for phone, internet and tv. Got service quickly and they were nice and quick.

Had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly and guided me in the right direction in choosing my plan. I highly recommend this location if you are looking into AT&T services. Will be back for future needs.

The two young men are great working at this location are phenomenal . They go above and beyond to help resolve my concerns . They are very smart . I am always happy leaving this location
