Publix Super Market at Sugarloaf Crossing

Though it has been awhile since I’ve worked in the hospitality industry, certain things do not leave you. That is customer service which I still use in my field of work. I‘m currently in the medical field & I was exhausted driving to Publix from the hospital for something hot to eat. I drove 40 mins for something specific, I even called ahead. I was distraught when I was told my drive was for nothing but Hector immediately found a solution. His actions & thoughts meant everything to me tonight. It is truly the small things in life. You never know what one is going through & I was on the edge. Hector made my whole night. I believe he deserves all the recognition for it, thank you so much! & thank you to the young man that made my food in Deli, very patient & kind.

came in today for a pub sub and zearon took care of me, made an amazing sub and was a great conversation the whole time. I always appreciate good service and conversation and he went above and beyond. definitely coming by back for his pub sub

Came her for the deli at 9:40pm after going to 3 other Publix in the area and all of the deli’s were closed at the other Publix locations (location @ 3370 sugarloaf was really rude as well) Adele welcomed us happily and apologized for our experience at the other Publix Deli. She made our sandwiches and they are DELICIOUS. I will ONLY go to this deli moving forward because of Adele’s great customer service and fresh food last minute.. I AM TRULY IMPRESSED.. THANK YOU ADELE!

Publix makes the best cakes, but the bakery at this location truly knocked it out of the park!
I came in yesterday afternoon, worrying I was too late, but hoping to order a 1/2 sheet cake to pick up today for my NAHS students.
I would have been happy with just generic icing, but they totally rocked the art theme with adorable art supply decor! 11/10 definitely recommend!

This is my local supermarket. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. I'm spoiled and find myself not enjoying shopping at other supermarkets. Highly recommended store and experience.

This branch has great customer support in the meat department. You really never know who you'll get in the deli. But either way, you can be sure to find something to your taste.

Yes, a chain grocery store. Yet, the management, hot/prepared foods are on par with Whole Foods. Staff is very helpful. Good on you Publix!

Well kept up store in the traditional Publix fashion with great employees, none of the other markets near here are as good plus the pharmacy is very helpful

My go-to supermarket! I can always find my favorites plus those hard to find items as well! Super friendly personnel and always clean and tidy!

The best quality and service, prices are a little higher but shopping the sales and you'll really win here!
You'll also find some of the best quality meat here, beef, pork, chicken, and fish. The produce selection is hard to beat here too. All the things you would expect and even a few surprises!

Best Publix in American!!! As a ex-homeless person, I was in a real rough patch, and this store in particular never once made me feel ostracized, looked down upon, or any of the usual things that homeless people have to deal with from day-to-day. To this day I shop there and will always appreciate their kindness.
