I’ve had my safety and emissions inspections performed by Syed on several occasions. He is friendly, provides quick service and is honest in his assessments. If in need of service in the Fairfax area, I’d recommend stopping by this shop.

My car broke down down the street from the Shell on March 24, 2024. The attendant graciously gave me their booster and I was able to jump start the car. Very grateful to the attendant who did not hesitate to help me.

I really can't recommend Pine Ridge Shell more. Every interaction that I've had with the garage staff has been beyond professional, friendly, straightforward, and without pressure. SInce 2014, I've had a few problems with my aging Camry and each time I called around to see what others would charge and offer. Pine Ridge Shell always offered the lowest price. When I'd take my car there, they would explain in detail what they were going to do and offer a clear completion time, which they almost always undershot. They would also give me a sheet of recommended maintenance or repairs so I was prepared the next time to do the immediate thing and then perhaps a long-running thing as well. I have not had any issues with any of their repairs, offerings, or attitudes. They are genuinely interested in providing superior service.

This all being said, I'd say that my 1999 Camry is one of the easiest cars to fix (with my average repair costs being around $400 each year). I haven't looked too hard at the other cars that they're servicing so you'll have to check with them on foreign or specialty cars. I would bet that Mo would give you alternatives if they can't do what you need.

My car's drive shaft separated from the transfer case right at their station. They knew they had me dead to rights and really could have soaked me for diagnostic fees and repairs. Instead, they put my car up on the rack, figured out what was wrong quickly, and had estimates within about 20 minutes. They were very honest about what it would cost and why. They all but recommended I not spend the amount of money it would cost to fix on my particular vehicle, costing themselves a few hundred, possible over $1000 in business (not counting the over $3000 in parts). They let me stay in their warm waiting room for the tow truck and even offered to hold on to the keys for the tow truck if I wanted to get a taxi home (for no charge). These are quality guys. I almost wish I had work to give them.

Repaired my VW Jetta at a lower cost than a local repair shop. Car runs great now and they provided solid customer service!

I have nothing but praise for the Pineridge Shell and Mohammed, the manager!! I have taken our cars to him for several years now and he truly emulates service excellence!! I have always been mistrustful of getting my car repaired and often have gone to dealerships in the past. Their prices are always so much higher but at least I know they are backed by supposedly quality technicians. When I took our car to Pineridge Shell and met Mohammed, I felt like I was taking it to my brother who is an excellent mechanic and used to repair our cars or knew how to talk with mechanics to make sure we weren't being taken or overcharged for something we didn't need. Mohammed is knowledgeable, professional, kind and considerate!! I trust him 100% and he and Jim have been spot on at diagnosing our cars. Their prices are very fair and I cannot say enough about how delighted I am to have found them!!

I am new to States, I bought a used car from some random guy and brought it to these guys for diagnosis they charged me only for oil change and checked my car condition topped of all fluids and suggested that right now everything is good expect brakes which can be good for next 5k miles that was great I never thought service center guys gonna be so faithful as I already visited some other station in MD where I bought this car they gave me 400+ estimates for some unknown repairs and some 50$ for car inspection and estimate. I think this is best place for my mazda. Thank you guys. Hope to see u soon for my brakes.

Terrific asset to our area

Owner and mechanics are honest and terrific. They take care of my car and the cars of at least 5 of my neighbors. We come back because of the service, price, and kindness of the people who work here.

I've been to this station for gas a couple of times and recently, after researching and comparing prices and attitudes on the phone with other businesses, I had new tires installed and an oil change. The mechanics are extremely nice especially early in the morning and they were very respectful to me...a female. I will continue to let them service my car. They also have better prices then a Hyundai dealer.

Had a great experience getting my car serviced. I received a lot of patience with my questions, and I felt like I was in very trustworthy hands.

Mo always takes care of me when I am in a crisis. He has never lied to me. He is an honest broker and you cannot put a price tag on that!

hiii last weak i got service done for my suv kia for the breake job the people over there mohammad and jim are very nice to me the gave me better price which i havent expected cheaper than any gastation in the fairfax with 1 year warranty on the parts and they gave me a on in time .thank you guys i really appirciate it

Mohammed and team are solid/reputable to deal with. Good pricing and I have never felt that they push service that isn't warranted. They'll give you an honest review of your vehicle and tell if you things are urgent or can wait.

I now go to them for the vast majority of my work. Highly recommend.

It's alright. Normal prices on gas. Odd location if you need to go straight over Lee hwy on Prosperity though. Have to make a right into Lee then left onto Merilee to get back on track
