Has many products for the home. My wife wanted to replace a picture and found what's she was looking for. The staff in this store are great and we were in luck the wall hanging pictures were 25% off.

The customer service is outstanding. I wish I was better with names because I walked out of the store repeating the two associates names so I could recognize them. It was the afternoon/evening shift yesterday 7/30/19.

We had an issue with a mirror we bought. I went in to do an exchange and they had to take one off the wall, pack it up safely and just everything involved. The women were so easy to work with. Friendly, helpful, not seemingly annoyed by the request and added work. They didn't try pointing fingers on the issue or push back. Over all just a good experience with these two going above and beyond.

I feel as though I almost want to shop there more knowing how kind the staff is and how helpful they are willing to be, and I'm not just saying that.

Over the holidays a leg broke off of a chair we purchased from Kirkland’s. We contacted them and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to get us a replacement leg since the chair has been discontinued. I appreciate their efforts and great customer service.

I needed things for our church Christmas display, they were out of stock, but they were happy to do it look store locate for us. I got better customer service from them, than I did Macy's that day.

Rochelle is a fantastic associate. The few times I've called or been in store she has been incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and time efficient. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Shopped there today for the first time, found what I wanted and the teenage clerk was so very helpful. Talked to her first on the phone and she went out of her way to find what I wanted and then found me a second one in another Kirklands.
