Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store

My 1st time here! Very clean store! Most puzzles are $4.99 no matter what the puzzle count is. Clothing is all very brightly sized by tags. The kitchen items /party /office /exercise/ framed art, etc are all VERY organized! Note: the line to check out STARTS back by the changing rooms. The employees are SUPER nice! I didn't have a VA Goodwill account, (I'm from MN) when I was checking out, so the gentleman helped me out! See my photos!

Definitely the best Goodwill we’ve ever been to! Great service from everyone, great 75% off the color of the day. Nice selection of things. It’s probably a good thing we’re just visiting or we’d be here all the time!

I love this GoodWill! There’s always a great selection of clothes, books, and more. The employees are so kind and friendly- I regretfully didn’t get their names, but 2 of their Black male employees have gone above and beyond to be helpful to me while I’ve been there. Thank y’all so much for making my day brighter!

Great experience. I purchased a TV and was able to return it. I got store credit which was good for 30 days. The team helped me find a replacement TV and loaded into my car. Great service. Thanks GW

We have been going here for years. The prices are much than all of they other thrift stores in the area while the quality is just as nice. You are not charged more for quality items. They gave set prices and sales all of the time. That also have a huge toy area that my kids love to play in. They have a sale on Tuesdays.

I have been to other thrift stores in the area including other Goodwill stores and this is by far the BEST. I am a frequent donor and buyer. I love the sales, selection, organization, and CLEANLINESS of this store. They actually take time to put quality merchandise on their racks. Ralph Lauren blazer....5.00 on clearance! Wow.

Very clean and organized store. Prices are better then some of the other thrift stores in the area. They always have a color of the month so discounts for that color. Have found some great deals so go check them out. Round up to the nearest dollar it goes towards there training mission.

I've made several donations to this center over the past 4 years and never been inside. Last week i had a friend who asked me three times during his visit to go in the store. What a surprise I had going in. Not only is this the most organized store I've been to but some of the items really blew me away. I saw a literally bran new (looked at the bottom of the shoes and there did not appear to be any signs of wear on the sole) Cole Hann leather capped toe shoes for $24. I no kidding had just purchased this exact same shoe for $150. I saw a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer/fax/scan/ Printer that i purchased 2 weeks earlier via Amazon (for $165--on sale) for less than $80....

I thought about the things I've donated, multiple bags of children's clothes from Janie and Jack, kids Jordan's and even my own suits and shoes...this is my new place to stop on Sunday's to look for the next great deal!

Nice clean store with helpful staff. There was hand sanitizer at the front door and a note to have everyone wear a mask. Items were organized by size and nearly placed on the racks.

I make nearly all of my donations to this Goodwill location. You can drive right up to the curb to unload your items and grab a receipt (for tax purposes) within minutes. The selection of items for purchase in the store is decent too.

This is a great store to browze. I always find bargains on nice things. Today, I got 3 things from J. Crew for $12. Good selection, large store, friendly people.

Staff is friendly they have a lot of variety for everyone and every size. Shoes, purses, coats, dresses. I will definitely come again

I travel from Norfolk bi monthly to shop at this particular Goodwill. The deals and selection are the best I’ve seen, making it worth the 2.5 he drive.

Nice facility. I was able to pull up to a loading lane at the front curb and someone came out immediately with a cart, took my donation items and gave me a receipt. Easiest donation I've ever made.

This thrift store always has a great selection of merchandise. The employees are lovely - always friendly and helpful. I shop here quite a lot.

Newer, clean and organized Goodwill store. A little bit of everything. Just never know what they will have day to day. I really like this store, 5 stars

Big selection, good parking. Decent crowds but not overwhelming. Not many great deals, but there are a few if you look hard enough.

Just bought some beautiful things, all 50% off, $2.99 each piece and most still had tags!!

The folks here were very friendly and helpful when I stopped by to drop some donations. Easy process.
