I initially wrote a bad review on the employees that I had an encounter with last night. The store manager (Shauna) called me first thing this morning & was absolutely amazing. She genuinely cared about the situation that occurred last night & reassured me that she will be taking the appropriate steps in handling this issue. She listened & was very apologetic. She is the perfect example of outstanding customer service & just a good person in general. Thank you!

I have shopped at Ross for years. Many of them are overloaded with merchandise; and, the wait time to get through the checkout can give you anxiety. However, the Ross located in Draper is probably the most well organized store I have been to. The staff seemed to be interested in your shopping experience. Furthermore, the wait to hey out the door was cut in half to that of other locations

This was a surprisingly cool experience. I found the most unique odds and ends; delightful really. Everything from shoes to earrings to cookware. Excellent pricing and a consistently friendly staff.

I like these stores Ross's you can get in there sometimes you can get really good buys sometimes that's so good but they always have a lot of things to look at you don't really see plus other places and it's a fun store to go in

the store was kind of torn apart they were redoing it and it looked amazing however what I went in for they didn't have available and that's what Ross for you never know what you're going to get but I did go back and I loved them merchandising looked amazing

A good store for a variety of merchendise, dresses and accessories, show pieces and other home goods. The store stocks less items of same type. However one sees new items on every visit.
The prices are very very reasonable.
