First time in Bittersweet with my teenage daughter this past week. We both loved all the clothes and found them to be unique and good for all age groups. We came out buying a sweater that we are sharing and at a reasonable price. The store was also very inviting and beautifully decorated. We look forward to going back soon!

Love coming to this store but today was the best! The sweetest cashier picked up on my interests, kept up a lovely conversation, and even played Taylor Swift for me!

I love this boutique! It’s perfect if you need a birthday outfit, vacation wardrobe, or everyday look. They have pretty trendy looks mixed with classic basics. I also love their sweet grace candles! They make great gifts for friends. Definitely going back.

I had an amazing experience in this store! Absolutely loved it, and the color palette fits exactly to what I love and wear all the time! The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and just incredibly sweet. Definitely my new favorite store in Richmond!

Such a great shopping experience! I was drawn inside since the door was open and the music was playing, and I tried on a bunch of items I loved! It’s definitely got a higher price point, but I bought a couple of items I knew I wanted to wear for my birthday this week, and I’ll wear afterward too. I’ll definitely be back :)

Really great customer service, cute clothes, & the fitting rooms are so cute! All the employees went above and beyond and it definitely made my experience. They told me how to get discounts, how to order clothes online if they didn’t have my exact size, and made sure I was attended in the fitting room. I just wish they had more genuine leather material in their clothes. We need more stores with this style of clothes & customer service in Richmond!

Every time I have walked in to Bittersweet I have been greeted with such warmth and positivity. I have been able to find outfits for ever occasions from beautiful gowns for weddings to fun outfits for a night out. This once was my go to store and even now that I have moved away I come back every time I’m home :)
