I love tugwell and I enjoy the cashier who works in the morning. I’m not to sure of her name but she always so friendly and helpful. Some days I come in just to see her. One of the best personalities I’ve ever came across. Whoever is management y’all definitely did the best thing hiring her! As long as she is there you have a customer in me

Thank you for letting me use your bathroom yesterday. I was visiting from Virginia Beach and the people next door at PBR were no where as nice as you guys! The candy bar you recommended was delicious too...I ate it driving back to Virginia Beach! Thank you!!

When's the last time the clerk at a convenience store asked you if you would like help finding something? Never. But he did! Super nice guy in a clean shop with great selection.

Three months ago this was a 5 star review. Now? The other day I waited 10 minutes for a cashier to get off his phone before walking out. Tonight the same cashier says there's an extra 3 dollar credit card charge for every purchase despite me watching him not do that for the customer in front of me. Absolutely atrocious.

Update: This has been changed and everything is normal again. I have not seen the person that did this to me working here again. Tugwell's is back to the excellent service it has always provided.
