Nathan was amazing today with helping us switch over for mobile and setting us up with better wifi! I highly recommend visiting with him. Being in a sales rep service myself and noticing his skill, I'm very proud of him. Everything is running so much smoother now!! Thank you so much!!

I purchased a new phone. The S23 ultra. Grant S. Was fantastic. He went above and beyond service showing me how the phone works, specifically the camera which is why I wanted the phone. Your company is better because of Grant S. You need more like him in your store.

I came in with a lot of needs- switching over my mobile service, adding an additional mobile line, adding home phone service, amd upgrading my internet. Grant helped me get all of this done and was incredibly patient. I am not tech savvy in any way and Grant was awesome to work with, very patient in helping me get my account in order.

Mario and DJ came out to install equipment and a line for us. It was an overnight service call and they came first thing in the morning and worked very efficiently and they both were SO personable. They were wonderful and easy to work with. Absolutely will recommend spectrum and their services and techs to friends and family!

Aubrey solved all of my phone issues last Saturday in a relaxed manner. It was the best phone shopping I have ever experienced. I appreciated his friendly, professional attitude. He completed a perfect transfer of all "my stuff" to the new phone. Thanks Aubrey.

Sorry, my husband’s Old iPhone was such a pain in the a**! I recommend asking for those guys if you go get a new phone or need help with anything because they’re friendly, outgoing, professional and very intelligent! They definitely know what they’re doing!

This is not a review necessarily for this particular store.... but Spectrum's general call center. Their service is spectacular. Their representatives are knowledge and extremely personable. Spectrum must be using their game since BluePeak moved in and provided much needed competition.

Aubrey was excellent. Took an inordinate amt time to do a zillion things (sorry but i am tech illiterate). Give him a raise and promotion.

The salesman who helped us was new, but extremely helpful! I especially like how he was not afraid to call a supervisor for assistance whenever he got stuck with our mobile order!! For me this shows a pride in learning your business, and it didn't go un noticed! Thank you all for your help!

They had an employee at each station and they were polite. Got in and out quickly.

Friendly, professional. Have knowledge about their service or thrir competitord service in other parts of the country. Have always enjoyed their cable internet. Unlimited time on internet. Cable is always the best option
I rarely had problems with their service over the ten year plus service with them. When there were outages under their control, they notified me ahead of time. I highly recommend Spectrum Internet. Their TV service is great too.

When I walked in the store was packed 2 people working I was #18 on the list when I checked in an older gentleman I sat by said he had been waiting over an hour and many had walked out! I called in April to disconnect cable as the price went up AGAIN! I have been a customer for 30 plus years Bresna, Charter etc.... I had cable gold internet, landlines, 3 mobile lines....I called April 5th before new billing on the 8th it was still on and I got a new bill they said "Too Bad!" YOU can look up on phone records I know they are recorded! I was billed for another month called this month on 6th finally Brianna was Great did disconnect sent email confirming! I returned ALL EQUIPMENT YESTERDAY!!!! COHEN WAS GREAT!!!! THANK YOU COHEN!!!!

An absolute pleasure walking into Cheyenne spectrum. The employees are outstanding in their performance. I notice the anger and impatience with the other customers, and can't help but feel petty on them for their small minded insolence. Bless those who work at this spectrum because all they face is terrible customers as I've witnessed every time I have been there. The employees are so helpful and kind even when dealing with outrageous smarmy people,and not to mention they are doing their absolute best to help out even when there is only a few workers. I hope they get more employees to lift the weight off their shoulders. But till then keep up the good work 💪 and your hard work doesn't go unnoticed by people with actual brain function

I went here for a deal on Spectrum mobile's service which is on Verizon. Pretty efficient service and friendly staff. The store wasn't too busy and they were able to get the job done in 20 minutes or so.

Honestly super nice store, with super friendly and compassionate staff. When my uncle passed they made the transfer of the account super simple and got me a free phone line!
