AT&T Store

The staff inside the store were great. It’s ATT where the left hand doesn’t have a clue what the right hand is doing. 5 hours the staff stayed online with technical support and me trying to get my new iPhone operational. After 5 hours with unsuccessful results I had to leave. Then, 1 hour after I had left ATT and now at dinner, I get a call from someone identifying themselves as “Someone from the back end”. Of what I ask. ATT back end she replied. She asked if I’d give her permission to resolve my problem. Haha. NO.

Jesse helped us 4 get new lines and screen protectors so effortlessly! He was knowledgeable, quick, and straight to the point!!!

Leo greeted us in friendly and polite manner when we walked in to their store. He is professional and knowledgeable on assisting us with iPhone. Leo is efficient and paid attention to details to get everything correct. Thank you for your assistance!

Great staff & service. I was one of the many folk that took the AT&T offer from a selling rep outside an AT&T store over the holidays. I transitioned form a different phone carrier Dec.2022 . Unfortunately, the transition was not well explained and ended up complicating my new AT&T account. Thanks to Jesse, and other staff members at the AT&T store in Vienna, that took their time to communicate & help sort out our account issues, we were able to still receive the promised promotions and deals 3 months later. They are very diligent and efficient.

The staff at this AT&T was phenomenal, especially Yadi. I walked into this store just to walk out with what I needed (and upgrade) and I got that and beyond. He helped me find a promotion that offered me a buy one watch get the other watch free for my son and I couldn’t deny such a wonderful offer like that. I also got the same promotion for my case so my son and I basically walked out with a bag of goodies. He was very professional and helped me with all the problems I was having and I couldn’t thank him and the any much more.

This place feels like home. Jesse takes care of us like family. Really the best phone store I have ever worked with

Yadi helped me out tremendously. I came into the store at 5 pm and told him about my issue with my phone. He then proceeded to help me get a new one that was affordable for my budget and also found out all the possible promotions I was eligible for. I walked in thinking I was going to get the average service but I ended up getting a deal for a new phone case and screen protector. I also got a deal on my new phone I just upgraded and I’m very happy with my purchase. The rest of the staff was very helpful, and I would refer anybody to come to this AT&T specifically especially for amazing customer service from Yadi and the rest of the staff!!!

After walking in at 630 pm thinking the store closes at 7 (they close at 8; google is wrong). Jesse was able to assist me in making adjustments to my account that a previous store was not able to make. The previous store had two customer service support representatives and both provided that I should call customer service over the phone. After wasting hours on the phone each representative informed me I was required to go into the store.

When being acquainted with Jesse he was extremely professional, provided the upmost care when addressing the concern, and was able to resolve the issue, and upgrade 2 phones on my account. I can not thank you enough for maintaining an employee with the knowledgeability, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to make the customer feel valued and important.

It would be a great pleasure to see him become a manager in the near future when returning to upgrading the remaining lines on my plans.

I had a good experience with Yadi! I went into the store to activate a replacement phone and but came out with more. Yadi reviewed my phone plan and persuaded me to change my plan for unlimited data plan, but less money. I was able to use my saving to purchase an iPad for my son and ear pods for myself. Yadi is patient, personable and knowledgeable. Visit him and have him review your phone plan…

I traded in my Samsung Galaxy 9 in for a Samsung Galaxy S23.
Jesenia waited on me and explained the trade in process and ordered the phone since none were in stock. The phone arrived quickly; when I went in the store only one person was working -- Leonel. He quickly set my phone up and answered my questions and allowed me to check the phone to make sure I was satisfied all my data was there.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jesenia. We were having some issues with our son's new Apple Watch and she seriously went above and beyond to help, even when faced with ATT phone support making things over complicated and more difficult. Plus she is the perfect combination of professional and personable. :-)

We recently changed our phones and updated our family plan from Verizon to At&t and came to this location. We worked with Jessie and a few other employees and can’t thank them enough! Friendly and professional staff. He was super patient, answered all our questions, and made the process super smooth. Highly recommend going to this location if you’re considering anything with AT&T.
