I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.

I am so glad I found this place, Apple store condemned my IPad pro 12.9 for a battery not holding power issue and want me to pay over $1000 for the trade in. I love Apple's products but hated their business practice, always nickel and dime the customers. Anyway, ITouch Repair replaced the battery quick and returned the IPad to its original condition, thank you very much. I am highly recommending ITouch for their quality works and very reasonable pricing.

I had a wonderful experience here, service was quick and my phone had a new screen in under 15 minutes. The woman behind the counter even drove to another facility to pick up the right screen that I needed, drove back to the shop, and stayed after hours to fix my screen. Also amazing communication and quick responses. All served with a smile, would recommend.

iTouch Repair repaired my iPhone with a quality LED screen. I was skeptical at first because of my earlier experience with an earlier iPhone with other repair places. The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. I don't think an Apple screen would have been better and for 50% off the price, I am very happy. iTouch were very responsive, calling me right away to confirm my appointment. The repair itself was painless; it was done in under an hour and there's shopping at Whole Foods across the street so I got to use my time efficiently. Quality, convenience, and professionalism. It was definitely meant to be as I was soo frustrated about my iPhone screen since Tuesday. While searching online today I found ITouch repair and within minutes they were able to schedule appointment and drive to my work location and just like that is FIXED!!! Amazing and I thank the technician on the phone who was very quick to answer all of my questions and most importantly Ms. Camila who fixed my phone screen. 😍. I just got my iPhone 7 screen and battery fixed. I made an appointment online for the same day. Found the kiosk and meet Oscar who took care of my phone. Within two hours came back to get my phone back and it looked good as new. Oscar was excellent technician and provided great customer service. I will recommend to all my friends. 90 day warranty also very nice.
