The Fresh Market

This place is AMAZING! It's like Whole Foods without the insane crowds and a nice selection of specialty gourmet foodstuff that I used to have to pay an arm and a leg to get them shipped to me!

I could barely contain my excitement and actually told the friendly cashier that I'd camp out there if I could! 🤦🏻‍♀ As unglamorous as it sounds, grocery shopping is one of my favorite hobbies!

The Fresh Market has great food and an upscale grocery selection.
I have enjoyed the one in Vienna VA, Rockville MD, Annapolis MD and Rehobeth DE.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and every experience has been excellent.
I highly recommend the stores individually and collectively.

I usually try to shop at Whole Foods but thought this might be a good alternative since Whole Foods can be a very chaotic and stressful shopping experience. Yes - this place is awesome! It’s basically Whole Foods with way fewer people and more speciality items. The experience in here is beyond pleasant - it’s luxurious. Seriously. Who knew walking around a grocery store could be… fun?! They have a ton of prepared foods too, which I appreciate. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

First time user of home delivery. I am impressed with the text communications and fast delivery. The delivery lady was very pleasant and come to the door at the promised time. I will definitely use this service and highly recommend others to give it a try.

Very clean grocery store, competitive prices, they got everything, and they provide excellent service!
A gentleman by the name of George, was extremely helpful and professional. Because of him, and the rest of the staff, we will be coming back on regular basis, eventhough it's out of our way.
The seafood man went out of his way to make sure I have ice for my fish since I wasn't going home right away.

Wonderful shopping and experience and service today when I came in to make a custome cheese and wine gift basket. Big shout out to Remon who was super helpful, friendly and made the experience 100 times better! Thank you!

They were sold out of diced red onions but upon asking some were made on along with sour cream doughnuts. Staff is so friendly and helpful definitely will return!

I was happy to find an item I spent way too long searching for at three other stores. Frustrated, and running late, I called The Fresh Market. Scott was happy to help me, and was even kind enough to look on the shelves to verify my item was in stock!
After stopping at Walmart, Wegmans, and Giant, and calling Safeway, and Amazon Fresh, I was running out of options. I'm feeling lucky I didn't have to pay extra for speedy shipping to Amazon.

We ordered a fresh, organic turkey for Thanksgiving, and it was one of the best we've ever had. I enjoy shopping at Fresh Market because of the high quality items. Yes, the supermarket across the street is less expensive, but it's crowded and doesn't carry many of the foodie things I like. Fresh Market has become my primary grocery store.

Just want to say how wonderful the manager Dave Treherne is. I had mistakenly placed a pick up order vs a delivery order through Instacart. I called the store to explain the situation and being the nice man he is, he offered to drive to my house to drop it off as Instacart would of charged me regardless. The world needs more people with his generosity. Thank you again David!

Picked up our Easter dinner for two. Very efficient and helpful. Reviewed everything in the box making sure each piece was there. Can hardly wait to cook.

Do yourself a favor and pick up the fresh ground honey roasted peanut butter. And a nice selection of bread. These will become your go-to breakfast or mid-day snack moving forward. Everything else is great too. Love having this place around. And honestly, the prices are comparable to Harris Teeter. The ground beef, mysteriously, is often cheaper, though of far better quality.

love TFM. It's great for all your food needs. Produce is nice and fresh. The meats are great and if you shop sales great value. The butcher is on site and will trim/cut as needed. sales are good. one of the best values us "the little big meal " that serves 4. A whole meal serving 4 (main, side and dessert). we can usually stretch to 5 or as empty nesters get 2 meals out of it. TFM vienna is like family

I would like to give a big shoutout to Lisa form the bakery(?). I came in to the Vienna store yesterday with an email from Fresh Market Corp. with potted hydrangeas for sale with two different pricing. When I asked the florist employee about the sale, she dismissed with that the store do not honor the sales pricing. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, she told me that "they would not honor it." I said "ok" but there is no harm asking and I went to search for the a manger. When Lisa saw me looking, she came over and asked me if I needed any assistance and I told her what has happened. She took a charge and told the florist and cashier that "The Fresh Market" did honor the Corp. pricing and it is "no" fault" of the customer because they both made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I honestly would be fine if the manager said they did not honor it. I simply would have not made the purchase, it was unnecessary item. But because Lisa went out of her way to support me, I would be making more trips to Vienna store to support employees like "Lisa". Thank you Lisa for your awesome customer service.

Awesome ambiance! I was surprised and happy to hear a Rachmaninoff piano concerto played as music haha!

How do we love Fresh Market? Let us count the ways: Most beautiful grocery store we've ever been in. The wood floors, the coffee smells, we feel more mellow and happier whenever we go there. Love how they designed the place, everything is on an angle, so inviting. Fio makes the yummiest feta wraps. Casey always points us to the best tasting chocolate decadence cake pieces in the bakery. Joseph is very sweet to me and to Orso. Juan, James, Elliot and George are always full of smiles. The lady in floral with the glasses (so sorry I cannot remember her name) is always amazingly nice. Carol is one of the most beautiful people we have ever met. Judith is cheeky and full of humor. Eleanor is calming and cheerful. Carl is a warrior, he has a lot of chronic pain issues yet he still comes to work with a smile and tries to make our day better. Victoria is inspirational as a person. Dean is a strong and silent type. Tim knows his produce and lot about life. These are just some of the amazing employees and human beings we have come across. PLEASE do something nice for ALL OF THEM! David is our favorite manager. Caring, warm, real, hard working and kind. Orso says "te amo, Fresh Market!" (I love you Fresh Market.)

Our Fresh Market closed😥, so we drove over an hour to this location, the closest to us. The store was exceptionally clean and tidy at 11 a.m. on a Sunday morning and not crowded at all. We were able to stock up on our favorites. Rosemary & Seasalt bread being one of our favs, the bakery will quickly slice a loaf into perfect sandwiches slices in seconds. Worth the drive!

Great products. In particular, the frozen okra is excellent, sold in clear plastic too so you see what you're getting. They have olives stuffed with blue cheese, which are hard to find, and excellent comice pears in season. The Sarah salsa is also delicious, and so is the sourdough. This store is worth a special trip.

Just want to say that I love this store and the produce crew they’re always very helpful from jay and I think his name was Antione they were very helpful and help me make my mind up on some pinberries think this is my new favorite snack lol thanks you guys for the help and great customer service!!!
