Came in for a new pair of work boots after my Red Wings wore out. I am a heavy equipment mechanic, meaning I spend 8+ hours a day on hard concrete, so I need rugged boots that will still be comfortable for long periods. I spoke with an older Asian gentleman who was incredibly knowledgeable about footwear-he helped me find a great pair of Thorogood boots. He asked lots of questions about my work, and suggested getting a pair that were also oil-resistant, which I had not considered. He felt around my ankles and the bridge of my foot to make sure they fit well, and spent a great deal of time answering my questions and overall making sure I was well-taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need work boots.

Love this store!! Me and my friends went in for boots and we all left very happy. Prices are affordable and we were able to try on as many boots as necessary to find the perfect ones. The owners of the store were very helpful and knowledgeable on each boot they carried. Def coming back for belts and hats.

Little hidden gem. A lot of merchandise in a small shop. Good boot selection. Western as well as work boots. Wrangler jeans. Western wear etc.

Excellent selection and personalized attention. Yes, you may pay more than at other stores but it's worth it. For some reason I have a hard time finding boots to fit but the owner took the time to find boots that worked, and she didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. As for hats, I have a large head so XL off-the-peg is too small; this store had plenty of hats to choose from.

I bought an entire outfit here in celebration of my birthday. They have a great selection of items at different price ranges.

First off the staff is one of the most helpful staffs I have ever experienced. I went there a couple weeks ago looking for my first pair of boots. The owner and his wife helped me for about half an hour decide my style of boot based on size, fit, and style. This all while there was about 15 other customers. They were helping everyone. Logn story short my particular boot was not available in my size so I said I would come back. Went back today and he ordered the boot just for me to try on. Well, perfect fit. The 20% and Military discount brought the boots down to a manageable price for my budget. Will only shop here in the future for my boots and leather needs.

The only place our family buys our boots. Great selection, owners are wonderful. The shop smells like an old western store. Perfect location. We have bought 5 pairs so far from here and I plan on getting boots again soon.

I was looking for a new pair of boots and wanted a really nice pair of Lucchese’s. The owners are really nice and I got an amazing deal on a normally 1400.00 pair for 800.00! These boots fit like a glove a I’m sure I’ll have them for life. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and the store has a huge selection of work and western boots available. I purchased a pair of Double H work boots and part of the stitching started to come apart after a day of wearing them around the house. This was obviously a defect from the factory and in no way the owners fault. I brought them back to the store and the owner graciously apologized and helped me look for another boot (Ariats) that fit me even better than the first pair. He also repaired my Justin boots which had one of the tacks on the bottom sticking up into the insole for free because of the inconvenience with the other boots. This is the best Western/Work boot store in the area and i recommend it to anyone looking for new boots, belts, and other western items. I will be back for my next pair of boots.

I was looking for authentic pair of boots and did I!
My niece found this on google, so I made my way out there, first customer as soon as the door opened. I tell you, the selection was so large of styles and colors. The customer service was outstanding!!
Friendly, courteous and very much helpful, even the other customers. If you’re looking for a variety of cowboy/cowgirl boots, please go check this store. I left with a sharp pair knee boots, a jacket and the jeans, if you’re tall.. they have them from big to small, little to larger. OH yeah.. I even put a pair of boots in layaway. Check them, you will not be disappointed.

I haven't had a pair of cowboy boots since I was young and went in to just look around and see what size I needed. The staff was very knowledgable, polite, and not pushing me for a sale. I thought they were a very genuine family business and I ended up walking out with a new pair of boots that day. The boots I selected were marked down already, but on top of it he asked if I was a veteran (which I am) and gave me another discount I didn't ask for! They are the place to go if you need a nice pair of boots and good customer service. I'll be going back.
