This place is the best! Everyone was so friendly! Even though they were busy, they did not act like they were stressed. Mari was an angel sent from heaven. I’m an old lady and I didn’t know how to download or print. She was a gem!

I came to my Burleson Office Depot to make copies of an End of Life form from my cell to print. Shelby helped me
get the copies I needed as well as showing me the steps to get them..very patient with an 80 year old woman with limited understanding of elelectronic technology. Thank you for hiring such good people. Jasmine helped me previously. One form could not be printed from my cell so she offered to use her computer to print the form for me..that kindness above and beyond...was rewarded with a
Chocolate Cherry Bundy cake for her family.

I had come in to your store twice before and one woman just pointed me to the equipment, evidently not into customer service. I left. There are a great many of us seniors lliving in Burleson who REALLY APPRECIATE those who help. Thank you.

Shelby went above and beyond! I’ve been coming in for years. NOT EVEN MANAGMENT has been this attentive or engaged during my visits (unless Shelby is a manager, she’s the first).

Shelby provided excellent assistance, helpfulness, brought extra tools for me to use during my service without me asking, clearing off surfaces so I have place to set my documents. She not only showed me where the writing utensils were, she walked up to the tray grabbed a pen, removed the cap and set it down for me!! 🤯 I mean talk about attention to detail! She prepped the fax machine for me and walked me through each step until the end of the transaction. She explained the process thoroughly and stood there to assure the machine would begin the process without any glitches.

Mind you, this is all while also tending to other customers using the machines, she greeted everyone that walked in, restocking merchandise on the end caps, checking in on her colleagues making sure they’ve taken their breaks or have gone to lunch and checking customers out at the register!!

This young lady not only deserves recognition, she deserves a raise. Actually, she DESERVES a promotion! Thank you Shelby, I appreciate all your help 💛

I absolutely LOVE this location, never disappoints. Ask for Shelby, she has the patience of a matriarch and a heart of gold. I was working on my mom's celebration of life, needed several color pictures off my Android and she ended up staying after closing, making sure I got them ALL printed for the service. I'm technically challenged, could not locate the photos in my albums so Shelby took the initiative to help, pulling out all the magic in her hat and made sure it happened. I'm forever grateful to her and believe she is the reason behind my ability to feel great about my mom RIP. Thank you OD and Shelby!!

OFFICE DEPOT is a great place to receive individual assistance when needed. They offer the copy machines and help for those immediate projects needed to be done NOW! TJ was a great help and assisted me to get my task done and out the store. Thank you OFFICE DEPOT for serving our community!

My husband and I both needed new office chairs for our desks at home. We headed to Office Depot, planning to buy one now, and one later on. When we got there, TJ was extremely helpful. She helped us find the exactly what we needed. The chairs were on sale, so we ended up getting both of us exactly what we wanted on the same day. Office Depot is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and I can usually always find what I need there. Thank you!
