I had a truly wonderful experience at Lenoir City Home Depot. Unfortunately, we had some issues with our shower during the snow storm and had to completely remove and replace our tub/shower. Lisa at the customer service desk was amazing, she went above and beyond to help is get a line of credit and then helped us check out when there were issues with the account. Lisa is truly an outstanding employee, be more like Lisa.

I find this store to always be clean and welcoming. Sharon at the customer desk is the sweetest and so helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your shopping experience.

Great selection of lighting at reasonable prices!!! Needed help in the electrical department and was fortunate to enlist the help of RICHIE!!!! What a fountain of information! Made our experience so much easier! Big shout out to RICHIE

This is an exceptional Home Depot. It is well stocked and the employees are always super helpful and easy to find. Have been here several times now and always a good experience !

Went in to get some squirrel repellent and went through self-checkout. I found it in the aisle next to the garden center. A few people spoke to me and everyone was nice. We shop here a lot, too. Everyone is always nice and very helpful, and we find what we are looking for.

There was a man named Bill that was working at a what looked like a free sample kiosk and he noticed that I was looking a little bit lost. Never been in this particular home depot before. He was very helpful and probably one of the best Home Depot Associates I've ever been in contact with. I wish they were all more like this.
But the pro desk was just like the rest of the ones I have been to. I don't know why, the pro desk and the way they do business has to be so complicated. But I still go sometimes you run into one that really know what it going on.

Was there yesterday and had an item exchange issue....Moe and Sharon were very receptive and understanding to my issue...called over Susan who immediately made things right with no questions asked...very grateful for their quick resolution to the situation

Today, Veterans Day, my daughter and I were on a mission to change out 4 American Flags along Highway 75, Lenoir City and Loudon. As were prepared to pay for the flags, I approached the Duty Manager, Ryan, and explained our mission gor the day. He wholeheartedly agreed to donate the flags to the 4 locations along the Hwy. Thaks so much for you contribution.

Great store. Spoke directly to Milwaukee rep while there who helped me greatly after HD staff took the time to introduce me.

The associate that helped me, (Ronnie) was great, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted, did not rush me.

I had an issue with a generator and the front end staff went way above and beyond to take care of my issue. Lena was the point of contact and I am extremely impressed with her professionalism and her commitment to the highest level of customer service.

We don't have a Home Depot in our town, so we ordered our acrylic and had it sent there for pickup. The employees in the pickup department are very helpful 👌

Friendly staff well stocked inventory

Recently, I bought a new John Deere tractor from the Lenoir City store. I do not normally leave reviews but the two people that worked on my deal were really awesome people. The young man that worked the department "Kolby" literally knew everything about every machine there, he assembled them. He was honest about their pro's and con's and answered all my questions, extremely polite, thanks again Kolby. The very patient kind lady "Shelley" that rang me up went over and above even talking to her manager and calling corporate customer service to verify some of my billing questions. It really seemed as if she was looking out for me, although, she was a solid Home Depot team member. I really enjoyed them both and left there feeling like I got a good deal. Thank you Home Depot.
