The staff is so helpful. I can always find something unique, smart looking and fun in this store.

I went into this store not really expecting to find much that I liked. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the merchandise and especially the staff. Shout out to Kelly who helped me find tops to match the skirts and jackets that I had already matched up. She has a great eye. She was doing markdowns and encouraged me to look at clearance jewelry. I left there with 2 complete outfits including jewelry! Thank you for your patience and encouragement! Great job! 👍👍

I stopped by the store today with my grand daughter and they tell me Lynnette no longer works here 😳 I have shopped here alot and I personally found that the store was a wreck and customer service was not good. Saw customers walking out..So I will probably will not shop here again. When you have good people that have good customer service you need to keep them!!!

Love Cato! Affordable clothes in a hurry. If I need a quick outfit in a pinch, this is my go to. They always have something that looks nice and jewelry to match. Their clearance is nonstop and usually well priced to sell. The workers are friendly and helpful. The clothes are not top of the line made, but you'll always find something that looks good.

Lenoir city Cato is by far one of the best I've been in. The workers are super helpful and the store always looks clean and neat. Their displays are always dressed to the T. Super friendly and fun environment. Would definitely check it out!!
