I've been going to this GNC for awhile now as it's down the street from work. Abdullah is typically the person who is there, I'm not sure if they are short staffed or not. However the never has promotional signs up in store, and if you ask him about any sales he is very clueless. It's always the same comments that I get as well. Today for example, I go in with knowledge of sales going on and grab what I'm looking for. He scans everything and gives me a total (no sale/promotion) I kindly told him these are B2G1 free and his comment was, no it's not because nothing came up when I scanned them. I then say, on the GNC website there is a huge B2G1 free advertisement and these are apart of it.
As I'm in retail myself and manage a sales store, I know the importance of customer service, marketing and all that. I'm giving the benefit to Abdullah as he seems like a nice guy. This is more so a review for whoever is above him, please train him so he can give customers a better experience.
