I had an opposite experience from the other reviews below. I was greeted right away by Nicole who provided outstanding customer service this past weekend (1 June 19). Her swagger was confident, trustworthy, and professional. I really liked her and went on to purchase Slimvance, a core slimming complex supplement. Going forward, I plan to seek her advice on diet & nutrition. Thanks Nicole!!!

They helped me find everything I needed and kept asking if I need help with anything else. Friendly people and I was in a rush and they helped me as fast as they could. Great customer service ever greater satisfaction with this place. I give this place a 10/10 it is a bit expensive but that all gnc. It’s worth the money though.

Nice and quiet place . Slept good. Restaurant and bar on the first floor

Myself and my wife went in to this store to look for some whey protein powder since her doctor said to start using it in a new diet. She is working on losing weight. We each had a frozen lemonade drink. and as soon as we ask the sales man, Bryan, he immediately says she shouldn't have that drink due to her weight and refused to even try to help us. He continued to fat shame my wife. This is 100% unacceptable and should be dealt with, my wife and I have shopped here before however we will never again or at any other GNC store. This happened on 2 June 2018 at around 4:45 pm.

It’s been an uphill battle receiving great customer service these days. Yesterday we walk into GNC and there’s no sales representative in sight. She finally comes in about 3 minutes later, doesn’t speak and maybe after 2 minutes asks if we need any help. Her attitude was less than subpar and I’m deterred from shopping at the base GNC.

Went into this store and was treated very rudely by the employee with the beard. He asked me I was looking for and I was looking for preworkout he asked what I was using and I told him and he rolled his eyes at me. Don’t want to deal with this store again I’ll take my business elsewhere next time I’m trying to find a supplement.

Great place to go for an upsale or to buy something that doesn’t work.
