Best Buy

This place is great for getting something quick if you don't need assistance from anyone. We went in for a monitor, saw the displays, picked one, paid for it, and was out in 10 min. Easy peasy. Now, in all fairness, we have hone in and have waited quite a while for a clerk to help us with a phone, but the service is great; you just have to be patient and not in a hurry. I would recommend this place for a one-stop shop for many different needs.

I really like Best Buy. They have all the electronics that the average person needs under one roof. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable at the Arden location. If you watch their sales, they have excellent deals. Also find Geek Squad membership very valuable, because I'm not a techie. Can use it as one stop shop for subscription renewal

Walked in with a lenovo ThinkPad my friend said he'd let me borrow, but he lost the power cord. I went in looking for a universal. A nice guy helped me, they even opened a package to try the attachments to no avail. Apparently, it's specific. I didn't buy anything but never had a bad experience with best buy.

Best Buy at Arden is my favorite location. Parking is ample and staff working at Best Buy are knowledgeable and professional. They don’t work on commission so no more long waits and price match is always handy. To be clear, if you know a better price at Walmart, Amazon or target just show them to associate and they will price match for you. If you use Best Buy credit card you will get 6, 12, 18 or 24 month to pay without Interest depend on the purchase amount. That is cool. So stop by any Best Buy near you and have fun shopping.

Needed a laptop fixed. They immediately hooked it up, diagnosed the problem, and got me back in the game in under an hour.

I purchased another laptop as a back up and they set that one up I that same amount of time. Very pleasant to deal with.

Went there to buy a printer for crafts etc.
I was impressed with the sheer size and selection in this location. It has a more warehouse ish vibe, most best buys are more worried about aesthetic over functionality. This location is all about what works

Thanks for the new TVs! Always in stock here compared to some other locations for the items I need. Curbside or Desk pickup is always fast and efficient. Pro Tip: I got a new laptop that was open box for $300 less. Their open box specials are great savings!

LAX waiting on my flight ✈ and Chick-fil-A was there. I had the deluxe Chick-fil-A sandwich. It was a treat and I will order it again on my next visit.

Every time when I'm coming to shopping at Best Buy I am sure I will buy what I want for exceptable price and good quality.

I went into Best Buy on a Monday afternoon because I had questions about my smart TV and I wanted to know my options for watching football without Xfinity. I was surprised by how many knowledgeable people were willing to help. They were kind and patient. When I told them I was still watching DVD's they didn't laugh instead they got me the cable I needed and an antenna they also told me what I needed to do to get SNF and MNF. I am very pleased

The salesman working the TV area was not knowledgeable and I asked a question David said he would get me an answer but he ended up help a lady that came totally ignoring me. I asked another salesman from another area and he was very helpful, thank you Victor

Great service was helped quickly with my online order, but I found out later that day that Best Buy policies are racist against white people. Best Buy needs to stop discriminating against its white employees because the person who made my experience great was white, and he deserves a shot at a promotion like everyone else. I will not shop at Best Buy until this discriminatory practice has stopped, and I hope more people will join me to send a message to stop this racist policy. Meritocracy is what makes a country great, not the color of your skin. You need to earn your position, not given it because you happen to have more melanin. This policy would benefit me, but I want nothing to do with it. I want to earn my position as an American Mexican I was raised to work hard and to do my best. That's what will make our country great, not handing out positions to people who haven't earned it.

They had my TV in stock and the associate was very knowledgeable and helpful cause I needed an antenna also to put TV in my room

Needed phones and tablet updated to get ride of some intrusive apps. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
