Me and my girlfriend came in there and the lady behind the counter she had glasses She was kind of short but very cool lol very good atmosphere there.

Love this shop! The manager is amazing and all the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and helpful! Also their prices tend to be slightly lower than another vape shop I go to.
I think maybe some of the negative reviews have to do with a miscommunication about defective products? Defects/bum coils/etc. happen everywhere and for better or worse a lot of times it’s on the customer to reach out to the manufacturer (at any shop). Just make sure you double check the return/exchange policy and what to do if there’s a problem before you buy (anywhere!). Fortunately this has never been an issue for me at this location!

The people who work this shop are amazing! Always have smiles on their faces and ready to help. They have always made sure I have left happy. Always. When they don’t know the answer to something they will admit it and do their best to find you the correct answer. Never once have I gotten a “mad” or “angry” interaction from anyone that has worked that shop in the past 3 years. People never leave reviews for good experiences. After reading those reviews I wanted to make sure people know that this is place is AMAZING. Go check it out and find out for yourself how awesome these people are

Carly and Brandon make this location top notch. Not only are they very knowledgeable on all their products but are incredibly friendly. I shop here and only here because no where else compares to the treatment I get from the wonderful people at the Algonquin location.

Every time I have gone to Wise Guys, it has been a great experience. A great atmosphere and great conversation. They recently moved their display case back, which opened up the store. Hopefully they can get some furniture in the open space. I have turned many friends of mine to Wise Guys. They top the charts with their knowledge of products and friendliness. Thanks for everything!!!!!

I just stopped by there to get Posh vape. Manager matched prices from my local vape shop. And was just a pleasure to deal with. I definitely will be back and will recommend them to all my friends

Sunday Morning, September 26th. I had a mishap with my mod. In my panic I was looking for a vape shop in the area, and stumbled on this location.
She was helpful friendly courteous kind knowledgeable. And pointed me in the right direction to save my day! Thank you Mikayla... and thank you wise guys vapes in Algonquin!

This place is great. The manager is so polite and friendly. She always helps me fix any problems with vape!
