Vapor 100

Has anything you'd want at a vape shop and is organized well. Natalie helped out a lot and was very relaxed and great at selling but was never pushy like a lot of places, which I appreciated as I don't go out much anymore. Their vape selections are amazing and I think I found my favorite brand now, Esco Bars Pastel Cartel. I'd recommend trying them if you haven't and going here to see the beautiful and durable glass pieces they sell. I cannot get over how nice this place is.

Ember is super cool very friendly and nice. Hard to find customer service like that. I got a great vape with great price. Super fantastic juice collection and best price for juices in the city! I will be back for sure.

Vapor 100 is my go-to vape store in Lawrence! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, which is honestly rare these days. If you're looking for anything other than pods, they're one of the few places that can hook you up (although they're well set up for pod folks, too!). They got me started on rebuildables and now I'm saving money on coils :-) (They're smart - the savings are going into their great juice selection lol.) Absolutely my favorite store around here.

I love this place so much. All of the workers here are so knowledgeable and sweet. Lilly, Zack, D, and Trevor all provide fantastic customer service. The strawberry kiwi Orion is the absolute best vape, and they almost always have it!

I've bought multiple vapes from this store all of them taste amazing. Never had a bad experience here. Good prices! Also, Ember is awesome!

Everyone that works here is super nice and friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience. Jeremy and Bill are always super helpful, and they create a very friendly atmosphere. I shop here due to the selection of vapes, but mainly due to the amazing customer service I receive every visit from each and every employee. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their selection of vapes, and I always feel grateful that everyone always takes the time to explain the flavors, the new editions, and just overall being super engaging and outgoing. Great place!

Best vape store ever. Lilly, Zach, and D are some of the best and most knowledgeable people. Very happy to hear that goth manager is gone, really brought the vibe down, and I was told the manager sent a text and then blocked all of them without a trace. Go here for sure!

Went into this store and was helped by two lady’s in very dark clothing. Playing some sick music. Both were the nicest and most helpful when it came to picking out products. They definitely kept my needs and wants in mind when helping me throughout the store. Great customer service

I love it here. I no longer go to other shops in Lawrence KS because they have a wide variety of products. I get my need met there, and if I have questions, they answer it. Everyone is knowledgeable of the products they sell. They also have products of nicotine that no one in town carries. 5 stars in my book.

Active customer. I'm in there all the time. Bought multiple devices. The customer service is on point, very informative. Treats me like a friend not just anyone off the streets...more like family. Prices can't be beat. Wide variety of devices and juices. If they don't know something they find out. ALSO, big deal to me, they grab the ID as soon as you come in the door. That is great. I enjoy the shop and the people.

I went there today with little knowledge on a few products. The two staff members working were very helpful and super knowledgeable about every product I asked about. They even recommended a few and I bought them. I will definitely return.

I’ve been stopping by Vapor 100 recently and I’m super impressed by the service every time. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They always have fun recommendations and I’ve never been let down by their picks. They’re so polite and I cannot get over how cool it is they test everything or check for defects on products before you leave the store. I’ve gotten home with products from other stores that have been defective and it’s usually a loss. I don’t have to wonder if I’m going home with bum products when I shop at Vapor 100. That’s very reinsuring. They’ve definitely strived for the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back!

This place is great! I was impressed with the staff checking the vapes for malfunctions and leakage and they were very knowledgeable. Huge thank you to Ember who is absolutely fantastic at their job and very friendly, although I'm sure that's in the job description, give Ember a bonus and a raise!
