One of the best DSG locations that I have been to. Merchandise selection is excellent, store is organized and very clean, and all staff was friendly and willing to offer assistance. I especially want to shout out the excellent customer service that I received from store associate Kai. He took the time to listen to what I was searching for and provide service above and beyond my expectations. Thank you! A huge shout out to the managers and training staff for making this location an excellent shopping experience! Easily 5 stars!

I receive excellent customer service every time I shop at this location.
Yesterday I had an item that I wanted to exchange for a different color and Drake, the manager, exceeded my expectations with his undivided attention to my concerns about that and at least 5 different products and issues I was having with them. He answered all of my questions in detail and with complete explanations and believe me, I had alot of questions.
I always drive about 20 minutes out of my way to shop this location in Mount Pleasant , South Carolina, and I always will in the future because of the excellent quality customer service I always receive.

Jim in the golf department was incredible. He helped me pick out the right clubs and made sure I was fully informed about my options. I can’t say enough about his service.

Patrick and Shawna were awesome! Casey or John usually help me but Patrick was quick to help out and get me the club I wanted. Shawna is a supervisor and her customer service skills are impeccable! It wasn't a quick visit to due technical issues, however their hospitality was worth it. Both were very personable! Very happy to do business with such a great group of people!

I dealt with Jim in the bike department and he couldn’t have been nicer. Walked out with a mountain bike when I had no plans of getting one.

Anne Claire is customer service Extraordinaire!!! So thankful. We had 5 things on our list for our children for Christmas 🎄 and she saved us valuable shopping time! Her knowledge of the store is exceptional. Also, because she helped us save money, we were able to purchase two additional items. I am thankful today!!

Casey, the head of the golf department, was fantastic. He spent an hour and a half fitting me for irons and was extremely thorough in his approach. He even offered me a few tips on my swing. I highly recommend a fitting with Casey to anyone who is considering buying golf clubs. I purchased the new TaylorMade Stealth irons that he custom fitted me for!

I went into the Mount Pleasant store to buy my husband a Christmas gift. I met Jim E in the golf section and he was awesome!! He showed me the best putter and golf bag and assured me that my husband would have a great Christmas...and he was right. He spent a lot of time with me and made the experience really fun!! I would Highly recommend this location and if you happen to get lucky and find Jim, well you’ve hit the employee jackpot!

Christopher in The Lodge helped me to track down a fishing rod that they did not have in stock, though online stated they did. After calling the Summerville location and being put on hold 3 times, they dropped the call. Wasn’t able to track the rod down, but I appreciate him going the extra mile for me.

I'm a Happy client again .I went to the store and the manager Sharon help me to resolved the problem. So she gave me credit store .
