AT&T Store

I did show up as soon as doors opened, but I had an unfortunate phone emergency that was really relieving and helpful and not a dreadful cost. I've been calling AT&T for on and off for 6 months about my iPad service and he had a solution and positive end result. Probably the best experience I've had walking into a business that you expect to be paying an arm and leg for anything.

Juleeyah is the best!!! I came in for a trade in and she was very helpful, educated and fast. I always come to this store and get the best experience! I recommend working with Juleeyah because she provides the best service.

Getting assistance at the store was great. It was fast and professional. Don't bother with calling customer service - located out of country it was a waste of time.

Aly was terrific. Super knowledgeable, friendly and stuck with me while we waited to transfer fro m my old phone to my new phone

I walked in and got helped right away! I came in with a question and Derek and his manager were very helpful and VERY knowledgeable about product and lines. They even helped me save money on my bill because i had an old contract. We even had a good laugh. I would definitely recommend this location and ATTs services! Thank you both!

I had many concerns about switching from android to the new iPhone. Rayven made the change fast, efficient, and fun. She went above and beyond to help suit all my new phone needs. She is very knowledgeable about all things AT&T and phone related. People can learn from her as how to go above and beyond! Tony is the best tech I've ever met at any of the at&t stores. Best customer service. Very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you. Never rushes you. I refuse to go anywhere else. I will always stick with at&t. Out of 1 and 10 I give him a 15!!!

I went in 2 weeks ago because I was having issues with my phone and I was immediately greeted by Monica who was very nice and helpful. She put my name in the queue and I was helped within 10 minutes. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the phones and I ended up upgrading to a iPhone. I’ve always had an Android and she could sense my hesitation and reluctance to switch but she helped me feel confident and very comfortable with the transition. She wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel like she just wanted to make a sale she was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and that it was my decision. She even gave me all the info I needed to transfer all my info and made the process super easy! I love my new phone and I love the customer service and this store! Awesome experience I will definitely be going there from now on for all my phone needs!

Tony was very helpful! I had poured 10 lines through him. He is really hard working! Even after the store closed, he is still trying everything he can to solve all those issues for me to make sure everything is OK! Highly appreciated!

After having trouble unlock my phone via online service, I stopped by this store around 7:45pm as my last resource. Zach was super helpful and patient, working past hours with the representative over the phone to get things straighten out for me. I would like to give more stars if I could. Appreciate their effort to keep customer/former customer satisfied.

I came to upgrade my iPhone yesterday. We had an appointment set up so there was 0 wait time and Jesse came over to help us out. He was really detailed with everything and was very patient with me as I probably asked him really simple questions as I wasn't used to Apple products. I was able to get two phones upgraded yesterday without a hassle. Jessie really worked with us as a pro and really helped us pick a phone that worked for us. He also went through the trouble of helping us with finding cases and screen protectors and helped us with getting them on. We'll definitely be coming back again.

Yesterday I came totally un prepared to Westgate AT&T store.
Luckily I talked to Aly Tamboura and he solved all my issues within 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful guy. Thank you Aly so much.

Fast and very professional service and accurate diagnostics for the issue with my phone. Such a relief after spending two days and multiple hours at Apple Store. Ali is the person who helped me.

Liz was extremely helpful and kind. She provided such friendly service and went above and beyond to help us out. I was so impressed with her customer service which I have to say is hard to come by nowadays. She was amazing and also when I came back to wipe my phone later, I believe his name was Khoa, he was super friendly and helpful too. I'm glad that I got what I needed but also received top of the line customer service. Pretty sure my husband wants to make the switch from Verizon now bc Liz was so helpful! Thank you very much, you made our experience painless!

Friendliest and most helpful ATT store in the area. There’s a couple stores I’ve been too nearby but I’ll keep coming back to this location for any future help.

Store manager Eldrin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had some minor account issues and he reached out a short time later to know he looked into the problem.

Store was clean and seemed like the employees that were working friendly from overheating their interactions.

AT&T associate Jesse helped my family switch our phone plans with 10 phone numbers switching from other carriers with upgrades to devices etc. He kept an amazing attitude even though it took multiple hours. His manager Danny was so kind as to drive to another location 25 minutes away to pick up 2 devices that were out of stock at their location. Jesse was an angel and helped us for over 4 hours. He was very patient even when we were getting frustrated. He was very dedicated and didn’t even take a break for lunch. I have never had such a great experience with a phone provider in my life.

We received great services from the sales representative Elizabeth. She helped us transfer our services from T-Mobile and traded in our four old phones with great trade-in value . She also applied all promotions she can find for us which we are not aware of and saved us a lot money. The store is neat and the store manager is very friendly.

Eldrin was super helpful and took care of both my mom and myself. Extremely patient and walked us both through all the set ups and any questions we had. Highly recommend him. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the service Elizabeth provided in Saratoga store. She found us several applicable promotions in addition to the iPhone trade-in that we would not know if we did it online. She was very patient in terms of explaining the plans and answered questions we had. Other staff in the strore are friendly as well. I will recommend this place.
