AT&T Store

I went in there to get some help. But transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. Kevin was very helpful. However, we could not get the data to transfer everything so we Both knew that I would have to manually transfer everything apps included.

I only go to this location because the customer service is awesome Daniel and Jennifer are always so helpful for any questions I have regarding my account.

Anna, at the N. Dinuba store, was incredible! She was professional, helpful, and fun to work with. She made us feel like she wanted to help us and would go over and above to do so. We left happy, completely satisfied with our purchases (even more than we'd planned because we felt Anna was so knowledgeable and honest!). We hope to work with her in the future.

This store is by far has the best customer service in Visalia. Robert was very helpful and friendly. He got all of our issues resolved with a smile. He was knowledgeable and even though our transaction took longer than expected, he still offered to put on our screen protector when he could have easily bagged it and sent us on our way. Thank you Robert!

If only I can remember the two girls names that helped me on Sunday 09/05/21 around 3PM I would gladly add them to this review because there service was way better than my regular store that I go to. I was desperately looking for a new phone for my dad b/c it was his birthday. I literally traveled what felt like all through Tulare county looking for the phone going to store-to-store and this store was the only store that had the phone in stock. I arrived at the store and they immediately helped & greeted me with there excellent customer service. They assured me they had the phone in stock and where able to set me up and get me out of the store in less than 30min. They explained everything in detail and assured me what I was paying for that day. Words cannot express how till this day I was satisfied with my service those two girls did amazing and I had a feeling one of the girls was training/new but if she was or wasn’t she did an amazing job. Overall 10/10 customer service, 10/10 for cleanliness, 10/10 for overall experience. AT&T if you ever read this please give those two girls a raise they did an amazing job and if you girls read this, thank you again my dad loved his b-day present.

My wife and I really enjoy coming to this location and the customer service is phenomenal! I recently took my parents in to purchase new phones and Danny was fantastic! Although my parents live in Selma, they will be referring their friends to this location. Keep up the great work!

Awesome service super kind people who go out of there way to make sure you are cared for. I was promised a wireless charger at another AT&T store at the coast. I have been having trouble actually getting that promise fulfilled. AJ and his manager, Jay, were able to quickly look into it and make it good! They were very friendly and made me a very happy AT&T customer. When it’s time to do business, I will definitely being going back!

AJ made our purchase hassle free and handled the transaction in a professional and friendly manner. We were impressed by the way they interacted with other customers while we were there. A very impressive atmosphere with a homey approach. I never thought that a visit to att store would be a pleasant experience, but AJ and manager Jay changed my opinion.

Greeted as soon as we walked in. Had issues with my son's phone, sales rep did everything he could to find and fix the issue. Glad to say my sons phone is working and he is very happy not being without a phone or the money he paid for it.

The manager was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We needed to port a on old number to a new line and AT&T was giving us the run around, but he went out of his way to make it happen for us. 5/5, would go again!

Nice and clean friendly service is what you will get when you go to this location. Jay was very knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed! Will defiantly be going back!

AJ and all the team are great every time I come in it didn’t matter who helps me out I always get the best service I try the Mooney store and there a few that are ok but I found this store and it’s my favor store Great team all the way around
