These guys are awesome always hardworking even on a saturday ! Sean was super helpful and is always one of the best associates to deal with!

I was scrambling to find a UPS that was open to send a present I had procrastinated on sending, but luckily I found this one that was still open til 7pm. I was worried about the shipping schedule and prices, considering that I wanted the present sent by the end of the week. When I came in, I asked if I could get an estimate using an envelope they had that would fit. Lisa had greeted me very genuinely when I first came in, and she was the one that said yes, she would be happy to do that. While getting that done, Lisa humored me by asking questions and listening to my unhinged stories, and she even asked to see my art. I’ve worked in intensive retail & customer service for a long time before, and even though I’m in a different career field, I still notice and acknowledge excellent customer service and genuine, friendly people in general. Lisa let me know the shipping prices and schedules, and advised on the best time to send it my package for the date I wanted. Everyone at this location at 2/13/2024 right before close is amazing, but I’m really grateful I had my interaction with Lisa in particular.

Returned a package on Saturday morning (2/10). The tall young man with long curly hair helped me and provided amazing customer service. He greeted me immediately when I walked in and was super friendly and professional.

Kimario greeted me as soon as I walked in the store with such a friendly smile! I have been coming to this location for years and it has never disappointed but I was glad I got to meet Kimario. Thank you for everything!

great customer service . Walked in on a busy morning and their was only one person ( Omar) helping the customers . He was quick very helpful and friendly . Every one was in and out and the line was moving fast !!!

I go here all the time that I should know the employees by name but I'm such an on the go person that I don't usually make time for small chat. They are right up my alley with how quickly they get you in and out. This location does stay pretty busy. All employees are always helpful and pleasant.

I’ve never used UPS, and this store made me want to keep using this service. Omar was wonderful. He figured out exactly what I needed. He found the perfect box and bubbled wrapped. All within 5 minutes. Ty

I was in this location the other day and there was an older gentleman trying to make an Amazon return. Things were a bit complicated with the return and the associate, Tristan, was incredibly patient and helpful. He was calm and helpful and kept offering support. I was truly impressed and it was nice to be reminded that good customer service still exists!

This is my UPS store! I exclaim this proudly because this store in my humble opinion should be the model by which other UPS stores are measured against.

The manager here is Krishna. She is warm, very accommodating and a consummate professional.

Krishna employs some amazing, and highly skilled employees, each with their own unique set of talents and strengths. I know all of their names as they really have resonated with me. They "raise the bar of excellence" in consumer relations, business acumen, and over all service and without fail make me feel welcome and valued each and every single time I am there.

These employees are (and in no particular order): Eros, Irma and Charis.

I HIGHLY recommend this UPS store. I briefly met the regional or general manager and it is my hope that he reads this review as his staff here are absolutely brilliant.

The owner of UPS store #3401 is of course, the delightful Krishna. She fairly recently hired for her store a Store Manager who's name is Chris. I think he is quite extraordinary. Ponder this question. How many managers in corporate America would go so far beyond the "call of duty" as to give you their personal cell phone number and offer to drive from their personal home back to their store 2 hours after the establishment they manage is closed? Not many. I dare say perhaps one out of ten thousand? That's a fair estimate, I'd imagine. All this was offered to me in order to insure my complete satisfaction (during a highly stressful business week)! Well, Chris is 1 out of a million. Great service, great attitude, and he leads by example and it's probably fairly apt to say his moral compass is guided by his heart. Thanks Chris. Hope you're having a spectacular day. TL;DR - Chris is the new store manager of UPS store #3401 and he's awesome.

If you ever need to mail packages, Krishna is the go to person at UPS in Audelia Road. She is the most patient and respectful person I have ever met in my life. Her attitude is businesses first, therefore she takes time to make sure that every client who walks into the store gets the service they were looking for. She explores every possibility to help the clients with their needs so that no one walks away frustrated. For the first time in a long time, my package took the exact amount of time to reach the destination it was intended to as promised.

So I've only been to a UPS store once ever before and today I went for a second time and it was to the same one--this one. As soon as i walked in, a rep walked up and greeted me.

She was very helpful and told me what I needed to do. She even suggested what I needed to put my items in--which is what I needed. I only had a few minutes to run this errand and I was in the store for less than 5 minutes.. Great and fast service.

This location has a really great team of employees!! They are ALWAYS very patient and kind in any situation. No matter how long the line their professionalism and excellent customer service skills keeps the tensions down. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you.
