Went here for the first time today to use their self dog wash. The staff was super helpful. They give you everything you need to groom your dog, brushes, shampoo, towels, etc. It was only $10. As I was paying my Pitbull decided to snack on a raw hide. I asked to add the treat to my bill and the cashier said not to worry about it, that he can have it. Great customer service!

I have taken my miniature schnauzer here multiple times. I've never had a bad experience. My dog is a Nervous Nellie and the new groomer Shaunty was wonderful to her. After her first time grooming my dog she did mention that she was super nervous and suggested that I stop by with her or bring her with me when I purchase food so she can have positive experiences there. For her last grooming I actually stayed and talked to my dog while she was getting her fancy haircut. Not all groomers will let you stay while they work on your dog. My dog seems more calm now. Next time I may only stay for a short time and then leave to see if how she handles that. I am grateful for the care and compassion they showed my dog. Also, Vicki and Joy are very knowledgeable about the food and products they sell.

I have known the owners for two decades, and have never seen anything but a possible case of loving animals too much from them. They are truly wonderful people, and take excellent care of all three dogs we take to be groomed here. Our little terrier has a fit if I don't RUN into the store fast enough to greet his favorite groomers!! They also have fun treats for cheaper than you could get them at Petco! I have recently used their self serve dog wash and am hooked on the selection of shampoos and price point!! Thanks for such awesome and affordable care!!

Walked in with no appointment to get my dogs nails clipped. Groomer was gone for the day, but I was offered a free dog wash for the inconvenience. I was impressed with the wash area. They have multiple tubs with a ton of shampoo and conditioner options. It was clean, and organized, and the customer service was great. I will definitely be returning to get my dogs nails clipped.

For all the people who are responding to a bad review without understanding what happened, the dog came in for its 1st grooming and was very nervous and hard to handle. In the resulting struggle the dog pulled( too hard )against the restraint causing damage to the eyes the groomer immediately called the vet,and the owner.We regret that this happened and that a mistake was made causing the dog to be hurt. We have hundreds of satisfied and loyal customers who can testify of the caring and patient service of our groomers. We have been in business for
6 years and have groomers with a combined experience of over 65years. We love our furry friends and would never mistreat them.

I love to go here for my pokemon cards. I've actually gotten pretty lucky a couple of times.

I bring my large breed dog in regularly for bathing and brushing and the likes. They do an amazing job and they are always able to get all her loose coat removed. She comes home happy. It's pretty shameful that a bunch of people who have never had any personal experience with this business would leave such negative reviews all because of a witch hunt called for on social media. I hope that new potential customers can see past this, as it really is a great loving establishment.

My experience with this business:
I called in to see if they had any open "do it yourself" tubs, and they were very pleasant on the phone. When I arrived to their location, they were kind enough to show me around and help me find the "do it yourself" room. They had a very nice selection of doggy shampoo and conditioner in many different flavors which made it fun. The tubs looked neat and clean, and their blow dryers worked great. I paid $13 in total for a great experience and it made washing my dog much easier than doing it at home. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Today 7/29 was my 2nd time to Red Bandana, and I LOVE that place. Lisa is an amazing groomer and took such care with my dog that had been previously attacked by another dog and needed a specialized cut around her wound, Lisa was wonderful. The owner too spent time explaining different dog food brands, and what to watch for on labels. It's been a great experience both times,.

I came in with my sister and fell in love with this place. We received great service in picking out a good dog food for my dog and we absolutely fell in love with the groomer! We were impressed at how she handled a very difficult customer in front of us who was being rude and kept changing her mind on what she wanted with her 3 dogs. The groomer was very professional and friendly. She kept a smile on her face and continued to make the changes that this girl was demanding. We got out of there quite late because of this, but was so impressed how well our shih tzu was groomed after all that this lady put her through! I want to give a shout-out to this groomer as she obviously loves what she does, and it shows in how she treats the dogs and customers.
We love Red Bandana and will be shopping and bringing our dogs here from now on!

I go here because Darla is our groomer that we've been going to for a few years now. She's absolutely fabulous! I have two shih tzus, so the grooming is important because I don't want them shaved too short. She does an excellent job and is very friendly as well. I haven't interacted much with the rest of the staff, they are always very friendly, but if you're looking for a place to groom your fur babies, go see Darla!

I took my dog into the Red Bandana this morning for a bath and nail trim. She’s been bathed at another location nearby and they would have me drop her off for several hours when she went in. The last time I took her to the original groomer she seemed really scared and nervous. I decided to listen to my dog and find a new groomer. This was my second time at Red Bandana. After a half hour of her being there, I got a call from the groomer, Shawnty saying that something was wrong with my dog. She was crying in pain when Shawnty touched her back leg. I ran over and she explained to me that it appeared that maybe she had been abused at her previous groomer and that she had only bathed her but didn’t want to have her scared of her so she set up a plan that I would bring her in next week and she would trim one nail and then give her a treat. She really cared about my dog and wanted to make sure she felt safe with her and to build a relationship so she would trust Shawnty. I was so impressed! She cared more about my dog than she did about making a buck! She has made a client for life! I am so grateful that she was willing to help her out and be patient with her and that she cared more about my dog than she did about anything else. I will never go anywhere else!

The staff is friendly and they do there best to learn you name and your dogs. The groomers are amazing and do a great job. There price is the best around and no hidden fees. I took my cairn terrier to pet Co they quoted me45$ and then charged me extra for the ears extra for anial and extra to do the nails . At red bandana my cairn was only35$ and that was every thing nails anials ears bath and the shave down.My dog Has Never Been accidently CUT at the red bandana and she loves going there if I could I would give the red bandana 10 stars.

Wonderful place such a cute shop! I brought my dog in for a self dog wash and he is so big and and very excited and peed I felt horrible but the staff was so sweet and even gave a recommendation for shampoo for his skin! Definitely will be back!

Love Red Bandana in Draper, Ut. I have a standard poodle and a schnauzer mix and they do a great job every time. My standard has trust issues with strangers and she is happy going in and happy coming out. My dogs have never been accidently cut or anything like it and they have been very matted. Very reasonably priced!

Very kind and clean space. Our pug puppy can be a pain to handle but they took care of him very nicely and he was as good as new. The person on the phone/up front was very sweet and made the whole process very easy.
Will come back again

It's funny reading these negative reviews more then half of them have not even stepped foot into the red bandana, they have nothing better to do then complain to feel significant. I've taken my pups to red bandana multiple times and they were nothing but good to them, great service, caring people with your pets, it is a small business where they become personable with you and your animals.

I regularly bring my dog here for grooming and always have a wonderful experience. I’ve recommended them to several friends and they are all regular customers now too.

We've been doing business with Red Bandana since 2007 and have always loved Vanessa and Vicki. Today I took my 12 year old hard-to-handle dachshund in. Heather was great. I'm impressed. We'll be going back. We're so happy to support local merchants.
