Nicole in the pharmacy is amazing! She found ( in the system ) and filled our RX for our sick daughter! The Walgreens down the road wouldn’t let my husband pick it up at 8:01pm since they closed at 8. Super grateful for Nicole at the Walgreens near Starbucks in 17 in MTP!

Jada and Brianna were dealing with multiple customers and photo orders while understaffed. They were incredibly helpful with my sister's wedding photos that we needed today, and we enjoyed chatting with them while they worked. Super polite and professional!

I have used this pharmacy for six years. They have never made a mistake on my prescriptions. The pharmacists and staff are friendly and very knowledgable. My medications are always ready on time. The drive-through window saves a lot of time as well!

Excellent staff and customer service. Much, much better than the "Consistantly Vile Service" competitor. It's too bad that Blue Cross/Blue Shield does not include Walgreens in their network.

I came in to buy some medicine and Sheena helped me with everything. She was so sweet and helpful. The store is also very well kept and I’ve great experiences with most of the employees. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend.

I called looking for an exclusive action figure and Janine answered and was so helpful. She looked around but it must not have been in stock. I still really appreciate her looking for me. Thank you, Janine.

The cashier tonight was short and brief with conversation. I spoke to him first and greeted him last all he said was yep. Short older Caucasian gentleman. I was there at 450 pm.
His customer service sucks. Coming from a general manager of another company.

Rude cashier. While purchasing some items that were BOGO, I was going to purchase more if the price was correct. I had not even finished my sentence before the cashier jumped on my words, stating "...because you didn't enter your phone number..." assuming I was questioning the price of something. If they'd have listened, they'd have seen I had a statement, not a question. They lost out on additional sales because the cashier was too bothered to listen to a customer. I went to another Walgreens & bought the extra items.

I have been in this store numerous times over the years but I will never go back!! When I went to pay I was told by a clerk if I opened an account I would get $50.00 credit & didn’t need to pay for the ideas I was going buy. However that was not the case. I received a statement from my Walgreens & a Mastercard! Paid the balance, cancelled the account & destroyed the Mastercard!! You just can’t believe anything from people these days!

Kay is the name of the pharmacy tech everyone is complaining about in these reviews. I had the same experience with her today. She’s a liability to patient care and safety. Her extreme attitude is preventing patients from getting medication they desperately need asap. It took her 4 hours to fill what I needed. I suffered until she finally felt like filling my prescription. Doesn’t care, acknowledge, or show any sense of urgency for anything or anyone. Remove Kay ASAP from her job!
