The UPS Store

We use the UPS Store on Kerry Forest several times a week. They print all our store menus, any flyers or brochures we need, as well as doing all our shipping. Their staff is extremely pleasant, easy with which to work, and productive. We appreciate having this UPS store so close to our location!

They saved me a trip. I was able to email the docs I wanted to fax, when done, they called, and I paid by phone. Received my confirmation by email and everything. Talk about saving time!

We've used the UPS Store PO Box for the past year, extremely convenient and a secure way to receive packages from all carriers. Text and email notifications from the store that packages have arrived are also helpful.

Edit - I am sorry that your choices are "slim" in this joke of a Tallahassee labor pool. I am sorry for you and for me. However ... a UPS store requires hustle ... it's the nature of the business. I hope you will agree that some people are made for hustle and some are made for a janitorial night shift.

Here they charge for Computer time by default, even if it takes 2 minutes to retrieve a document from our own pen drive and print. I got 1 colored copy of 1 single page and it was:
Comp time per hr $ 2.50 + Tax $ 0.19 + 1 Color Copy $ 0.49 + Tax $ 0.04 = Total $ 3.22
Fedex only charges for copies !

I went into the store and tried to email a label to the girl at the counter and I was having difficulty sending it and I asked the girl to look at my phone three times to make sure I was sending it to the right email address and she confirmed three times it was correct. When I said for the fourth time please check the address is correct the man behind the counter next to her rudely said she’s told you three times I had my fill. I was to the store at Bannerman crossings, they had no problem helping me with also being very polite.

Had a package shipped to my daughter in Oregon and paid extra for her to receive it in 2 days. Package was NOT delivered and she missed her payment for her school. There was a reason for sending it to get there in 2 days, not 3 or 4! When I called, there was young man who didn't seem to know what he was doing and I was to get a call back from the manager to file a service failure request, well....NO call back and the Black girl who typed up the address cant spell!
First she spelled my name wrong, spelled my daughters name wrong so if you're not sure how to spell names, ASK!
I will never go back to this store, I will go to FedEx office or Easy Mail. This store is NOT competent enough to even be open! If you ship a package here and want it to get to its destination, you best watch your tracking but getting this business to help you when its late is like pulling teeth! Forget it, you wont get help

This people are very unprofessional and the manager is a liar!! This is not the first time they give packages to the wrong person, and can’t get it back, and the lowlife people in tally keep the packages that are not theirs!!!!

Worst ups store I ever seen.
The girls works there refused to printout an Amazon return label saying 2.75 to print each label.
Even refused to scan them asked me to email them to her.
Very disappointed
