Most of the reviews were correct some time ago. I now can attest as a patient and as a Physician, that something magic has happened and the Pharmacy staff is now incredibly efficient and competent, especially the two front desk staff, Natasha and Luisa; they are outstanding - Thank you for the big improvement

I had an afternoon appointment to get the latest COVID vaccine and was pleased to be seen within 5 to 10 minutes of my appointment time. The pharmacist, Maria, had reviewed my medications and suggested I contact my doctor with questions regarding the long term use of two of them. We discussed two other vaccines and whether my doctor recommends them. I also picked up several prescription refills I had called in the night before. I have my prescriptions set up to be automatically refilled and delivered, with my insurance info and credit card on file. I was impressed with the service I received today from the pharmacist and pharmacy assistant.

The staff and pharmacist, Maria, did an amazing job giving our whole family of four Covid and Flu vaccinations! They were efficient, professional, careful and fast. Highly recommend!

Son received COVID booster at this location. He didn’t freak out which is a win in my book. Come with your paperwork ready to shorten wait of time.

People say New Yorkers have no heart that is just not true. I was at a restaurant and my son had an allergic reaction to something he eat, ran to Duane Reade, got some benedryl but left my wallet at the restaurant. The AM shift took my word for it and gave me the benedryl. I would like to thank you Duane Reade off of 79th and 2nd, the morning crew on Sunday for helping me. If not I would have been at the ER. Thank you Duane Reade, we are all grateful for all you do:).

Mark and Malik are fantastic. Great customer service! It could be upper management is reading the reviews as the mean heavy set woman manager Sharlette mentioned in her review appears to no longer be working at this location. Hallelujah!

We did a FedEx drop-off at this location of Duane Reade and there was still room for them to improve the entire process & service. The signage wasn’t clear in our opinion and the staff was cool & reluctant with our inquiries.
