She was very polite, and went above and beyond to help me & my son receive his pick-up order. I’m so very thankful for her kindness & due diligence.

This is probably by seventh or eighth different Nike store I’ve visited throughout the cities I’ve been to and this one falls in line with the others and that’s a good thing. Nike stores tend to more feel like an apparel browsing tour more so than a retail experience. It’s just a more relaxed and gentle method of shopping that doesn’t feel forced or as if I’m obligated to get something. I came in to swap a pair of shoes I had gotten and didn’t wear for an different color and even though they didn’t have it in stock in the store they took my return and overnighted me the replacement I was looking for and it arrived on time. A little out of the way for me since I live in Brooklyn and work downtown Manhattan but well worth the visit if there’s something I need especially until the new flagship store opens in midtown.

I wear size 15. I was able to find my size. The sales personal gave me very professional service at checkout. I will start shopping at the Nike store at least once a month for now on. I purchased a Nike jacket two weeks ago it's a perfect fit.

Really awesome store. Best nike store I've been too. Great associates, I was helped by Amber, extremely helpful and really kind! The store has all types of exercise shoes, and a treadmill to try them out on! Will be coming back again.

Great shop for choosing what do you like from shoes to clothes

The staff here are very helpful and kind. I stopped by last month to return some items online because the Nike store near me closed down. There was a young black female cashier who was so helpful here. She made this process as smooth/quick as possible (I had multiple orders to return). Thank you so much.

I mean aside from the set up, the customer service is spot on. You get to the doors and you are greeted with a "Welcome". Saw a pair of Nike sneakers i wanted so bad, but thought it will make sense to see how they fit before ordering them online. And I was right, they won't have been the best buy. Didn't just feel right on my feet but I got me a different pair and I love them. And that lady who was helping me ( an African American), hate myself for forgetting her name. She was just so patient!

I went to the store to exchange some clothing that I bought on vacation in another state. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted by three salesmen before I was fully in the store. They made the transaction feel effortless. I felt at ease, and they were extremely nice. These salesmen went above and beyond in customer service. They have good energy. This will be my go-to store for everything Nike..

Very knowledgable staff.
Problem is Nike does not make many shoes in wide width and the few that are made in wide are boring colorways and need to be ordered online.

Eazy was incredibly helpful. I came to exchange two pairs of sneakers and after I told him what I didn't like about the current sneakers he was incredibly helpful in pointing me to the right directions of sneakers that would work for me. After seeing he did not have the sizes in store, he walked me through singing up for a nike account so the new ones could be shipped to my house. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes and it was a great experience all thanks to Eazy

Although I don’t know what the store looked like before, I am in love with the new set up. The staff is very welcoming and so is the ambiance. The placement of product and furniture enhances the shopping experience while making it all seem like I’m buying the latest Nike gear from the comfort of my home. If you’re in the neighborhood definitely pay them a visit. It’ll be worth your while.

Love this spot very low key. Can really take your time to see all the latest gear. The young lady at the register was very understanding patient and helpful. Highly recommend this Nike store.
