Every person I’ve dealt with has been friendly and helpful, including the young woman who has always taken the time to answer my questions, and share her personal opinion of their nice assortment of products which has always been spot on so far! She also told me about the discount for Lenox Hill hospital employees that no one else had informed me of previously.
This store has been a great asset to the local community so I wish them great success and I hope they are around for many years to come!

Lex Hill Convenience is located across the street from Lenox Hill Hospital and they are definitely an asset to the neighborhood especially to people like myself that work the night shift. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance at night besides Dunkin Donuts should you need a soda or snack to make it through the night. They have a good variety of cool drinks, higher end snacks, and if you should need help with anything at all Jay or Jeff are usually there to assist customers. They also offer all Lenox Hill Hospital employees a 10% discount!

As much as I love this new store, I try to only stop by if I see Jeff or Jay working because I recently had a not so great experience with a new female cashier by the name of Shayla. In more than one instance this woman has been extremely rude and unprofessional. To my knowledge, a cashier’s job is to take my money and open/close a cash register not give me a stink attitude and respond with sassy remarks.

Best smoke shop ever! it’s so luxurious i was in disbelief everything you need is inside. D helped me and answered all my questions such great personality. i purchased blazy susan products (i was looking all over for them) i got 50pk of cones the grinder and the matching tray for a great price. she gave me a discount i can’t wait to visit the shop again

Nice clean store just opened has everything you need

I have been a consistent customer for a few months now since I started this new doorman job and I must say this was by far one of the greatest stores in the area the workers are really friendly my favorite is shayla her customer service is impeccable she listens she makes you feel at home she’s patient and takes her time with you unlike the other female in there always has a nasty face and rarely ever speaks so when I come in I look forward to seeing shayla or jeff. Now I must say the last 2 times i went in there the customer service has been very disappointing with the new workers to the point where I did not spend my money there. They are not attentive and they give you attitude when asking for help

This was my second time going to this shop. Completely different from my first experience. My first experience was with D and it was amazing. After it was all said and done I purchased a little bit of everything and didn't want to leave the store. The store itself is clean, neat, organized and has a great variety of smoking and non smoking products. After leaving there today my blood pressure was through the roof with the the associate that "assisted me". I swiped my card and apparently only part of the charge of taken. He tells me to press cancel and that he wants to talk to me. I press cancel and the charge goes through anyway. He insist that the bank is going to refund my money. THEY WILL NOT THE CARD MACHINE WAS WAITING FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MONEY TO BE PAID. He proceeded to go back n forth with me about MY MONEY when I can read very well. I run a store myself and I WOULD NEVER WANT MY FRONT END ASSOCIATES TO BEHAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Whoever trained D needs to come back n train him. But the personality she brings to that location is unmatched. She is helpful, knowledgeable, cares about her customers and cares about her business. I doubt I will go back to this location. I come here to gain peace and relaxation not to be stressed out. I didn't even get the drinks I was supposed to buy because of his ignorance. I don't know his name but he is working right now Thursday Jan 6 at 1030 AM. To the owner - the phone number on the business card is incorrect.

Worst place to get weed from. Do not buy quality is bad!!!!

Everything’s fake and the girl in the front tries to rip you off… extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not how you talk to customers especially when you’re not even a licensed dispensary. Stay away.
