Great service, great selections, good clearance items. But the printer staff could have been friendly and more helpful. Besides that I recommend this store to everyone who needs printing and office supplies.

The manager literally saved my job.
Long story short, I was not patient enough to see they had the product I wanted in stock. I don’t know the area well so I ordered the product online to be picked up, the nearest location being the one I just left.
I had put the order in too late, and they were short staffed, but he still stopped to help me get my order. Now I have presentation items and I don’t have to apply for unemployment.

Great folks in the Furniture department and at the Registers in the Watauga Pavilion Store #2255! They are very helpful and polite. I received excellent customer service. I had to return one item and pick out another. They made it very smooth and easy. They brought me a cart for my furniture and helped me carry it to the registers. They also advised me of the differences in each product as I was trying to decide what I needed for my new office. Also helped me each time to load things up in my vehicle. My shopping experience was excellent. I wish I received this kind of help and attention at other stores. Keep up the good work!

I had a file texted to me that I was unable to forward to my email, but I wanted it printed. I took it in to Office Depot in Watauga in hopes they could help. To my surprise we were greeted by Dieter who was able to help and get the document printed exactly like we wanted! He had to do several things to get the document to forward to the store’s email address, but continued to troubleshoot until he was able to get it to work! Super impressed by his great customer service! Thank you Dieter!

Print came faster, was ready to pick up, than was promised ! Designer of business cards online Office Depot site was amazingly integrated with Canva. So easy !

Walked in, was asked if I needed any help by an associate named Christian. I told him what I needed in a new office chair and he helped me find the right one.

I was intending to go try chairs and then probably order it on someone like Amazon so it was delivered. But, Christian was professional, personable, and helpful so I purchased in-store and took it home with me.

I was heading towards the store within 15 minutes before closing. I called ahead and they were able to pull the item I needed for my daughter's project. I walked in and they had the item at the counter, I paid and was out the door at 801. I appreciate their help.

I was in a hurry to print an important 14 page document from an email. Friendly staff directed me straight to their self-service printing station. I found it very easy to navigate thru the instructions to print my document. The printing clerk even gave me a manila folder (free of charge) to protect my document & keep it clean. Very good customer experience!😁

I needed a very rushed printing job for a conference. The young woman behind the counter worked me to find a solution that would let me be able to walk out of there with the materials I needed.

I love shopping at the Office Depot. The store is clean, organized and easy to shop. Customer service was great. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful! 5 stars!

I called this store after visiting Staples who had no one to help me locate a vga cable after I spent 30 minutes searching the isles for it by myself only to find out from the cashier that they didn’t have one to buy. I called Office Depot and the tech dept answered immediately and after confirming they had one to purchase, took it to the front cashier to save me the trouble of trying to locate it. I will go to this store for my office supplies for my business going foreword due to the exceptional customer service that I know I will receive.

I had great experience with Don at the printer center. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to print out flyers for my open houses and he helped me with this. Even more, he did some changes on flyers to save time (otherwise I would have to go back home, change it and come back).

I placed an online order for pickup in stores. Everything went smoothly! My order was ready quicker than originally said, and the employees were all kind when I talked to them.

The manager was awesome! So often I can't find anybody at an office supply store with a clue. I was searching for cardstock and contact paper. Staples would not listen when I told them no, contact paper is not a thing that can go through a laser printer. Here, the cashier got the manager, who confirmed they didn't have it, suggested arts and crafts stores, and whipped out her phone and confirmed the nearest craft store says they carry it. Bought the cardstock I needed, and will try to shop here again.

I've been here dozens of times and have never once had a problem. The employees are very nice and frequently ask if you need help with anything, they have always been helpful and never let me down. My only complaint about this store is that they are a little understaffed and it can sometimes be hard to find an employee just walking around. Other than that it's a great store!
