Stopped here to have my cars check engine light code read, when it suddenly went off. I learned it was a bad O2 sensor but which one was bad, as my car had 2, they couldn't tell me. However, I knew going into a repair shop what to expect, so they couldn't sell me something different or charge me an outrageous price for the part to fix it. As a woman, I appreciate this free service. It was helpful. Thanks!

The assistant manager, Clayton was sooo helpful and friendly! I purchased new windshield wiper blades, and without hesitation, he installed them for me! BEST customer service EVER!!

LeeAnn is the BEST. She takes such good care of her customers. My husband was trying to figure out which trail light to order for my car. He said she was texting him with questions and answers. All I had to do was go by so she could take a look to make sure it was the right one and boom, I was able to order for a very reasonable price (my husband has a business discount). While I was there, by the way, there was another person patiently waiting with a battery to turn in from a friend's car he'd been working on. Since he wasn't replacing it and a credit couldn't be applied towards a new one, she gave him a gift card for the amount he would've gotten. He had been waiting specifically for LeeAnn who was taking care of something in the back when I got there.

Stopped in to buy a new pair of wiper blades. The customer service was fantastic. They gave me the right number for the blades for a Ford Transit and installed them for me. Would highly recommend this location.

Went in to have my battery tested, the workers were quick & very friendly. Showed me that my battery was & helped me select a new one. They installed it for me as well. Quick 15 minutes in and out. Thank you!

I’m about a month late with this review, but wanted to say a huge Thank You to Tommy for his help with my battery last month!!! I ended up getting a new one elsewhere for cheaper, but he still went out of his way to help me!

Been coming here for years. I still prefer this place to the AutoZone on N Tarrant. Always helpful people and never have they been out of anything I've needed. Smaller shop but seems to be well managed. That makes all the difference.

I needed 3 new wiper blades and didn't have a clue what kind or how to install them. The very kind Salesman found what was needed and even installed them for me, at no additional charge. He made my day!!

I had problems sourcing 6 golf cart batteries from work. I'm dumb and can't remember their names, but the entire staff at this location helped source me 6 deep cycle batteries. They understood how busy my job was and were able to hold the cores for a day for one of my employees to pick up the next day. I can't thank them enough for this. Please, give all of them a raise!

I just have to say every time I’ve been here it’s been a positive experience. No matter who has helped me. Battery, wipers, fob battery. Check engine lights. Everyone is helpful and kind. No bad attitude. Not a long wait. I cannot say the same for their competitor. I was always come back here for whatever I need!!

Guys really helped me out. Even came ahead to another location to have a part ready for me.

I've been to this location several times and each time I'm greeted while entering. They don't hover while you're deciding on which product but they have always assured me if I've got any questions they can answer just ask. Being a woman, I usually have to express I understand mechanic language before taken seriously or that I'm not there as 'an errand my husband sent me on'. Not here. I appreciate the feeling of equality. If other parts house would recognize this appreciation and treat women like we've got a brain, they'd realize that women usually spend more while there by overbuying just to make sure we've got everything needed for the job/project/repair.

They all literally help one another ,work with each other with the a smile on each one of thier faces. Mr.Todd & the amazing team know how to get work done. I can definitely agree they deserve 5 stars, plus a raise!

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them. I have had issues with my battery (not from Oreillys) several times. They always happily test my battery and alternator for free and offer me advice. The last time my battery wouldn’t completely recharge and they offered to fully charge it for me at no cost! I left my vehicle with them for a hour to take the battery out and recharge it and they literally charged me $0 for it. They are so happy to help! Thank you O’Reilly’s staff!!

The gentleman behind the counter was kind courteous and more than helpful. He went above and beyond to help my mother and I. I am so sorry I didn't get his name. But he does deserve a raise. He helped me with checking the fluids in my mother's Toyota. Wish there was more people like him in the world.
