Party City is a great spot to get all of your party supplies, supplies for the big game, gag gifts, or even props for a fun viral video! They even have the big letters and numbers to make yard signs for birthdays or other celebrations!

I was very impressed with checkout/pickup. I placed a pickup order and it was fulfilled ready to go within 15 minutes! Online said 2 hours. Speedy service 👍

if ya plan ahead, ie order ahead - customer service is quick and easy. if ya procrastinate on ordering helium filled balloons be prepared to wait about an hour.

The gentleman who helped us was so polite. He gave us a proper time frame to get our balloon order. We came in late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving. He still made sure we got the balloons before close and that we were happy with our purchase. Will definitely be back.

Fun shop anytime of the year. Staff was helpful on this visit. The store provides many creative ideas to combine for a signature party.

I ordered online and did curbside pickup. It was fast. Lest than 2 minute wait. The associate who brought the item to me was very nice.

My hat goes off to Brook, the store manager. Excellent customer service. I ordered something online that said "in stock" in error the store was out. I received a courtesy call from I think Lillie, maybe Lula ( my deepest apology on the name), but she was awesome also, very sweet and polite young lady, same as Brook. Great managers, produce great employees. Excellent, superb!!! customer service from Brook and the clerk that did the courtesy call. Very satisfied customer.

Service has been fantastic, especially with their delivery option. There was a mistake on our order today and Logan handled my initial call to report the mistake. Logan provided great customer service and accurately communicated the issue to Brandy who called back and made things more than right. Thank you all for your great work!

I ordered different items for curbside pickup, they sent me an email stating it was ready to go. The curbside pick up was a breeze. Was able to get everything that I ordered ready to go. I also placed a delivery for my baby's birthday balloons, so I will update on that depending on how that goes.
