Ralph was amazing! He was very busy & took the time to help my son (13) with info on quality product & he also helped us out by showing us many options for our Xbox & switch. He even took the time to educate me (not a “gamer mom”) on the products we currently have & what we should look forward to in the future. Highly recommend. Ralph, you’re a rockstar man.

Mychail was very helpful. I didn't see a survey on my receipt so I wanted to leave a good review for him. Store was clean and I was able to find a xbox controller to replace my dying one.

I typically don't like going to other locations besides My home store in Dallas but, I would go here any day any time.

I visit this store often. It's always a pleasure to shop here! The team are attentive and great with helping guests. The line moves fast and even if they don't have what I want, they help me get it ordered right away. The red haired Bearded guy is great! He really runs the store well and never leaves guests unattended. I highly recommend this GameStore for the superior staff and amazing shopping experience and will continue to visit!

Chuck is awesome. He is extremely helpful every time we are in there. We always get good recommendations and advice. Definitely knows his stuff. I love this store. We will be making this our main location from now on.

I went to get a game on the launch day but I guess maybe some miscommunication happened and my man was late to open even though I saw another manager leave earlier when I pulled up to wait outside the store. But they got there nevertheless and I got my game so there's nothing else I could ask for. The guy was pretty nice too, trying his best and they should probably give him a raise or some PTO.

C.J was awesome. handled a lot of customers smoothly and personally. He even remembered a few from previous shopping days and was asking them questions. Top notch worker will come again for sure 😁

This location is amazing!! Why you may ask, because of the two young guys. One is a born comedian.Great customer service and knowledgeable of the store products and promotions. I saved an extra 20 on my bill. The time I left I did have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard.Now I'm in my 50's , so these you guys can related to any age. Have a great experience at game stop shop here!!

This is the best Gamestop! Staff there know how to match the retail tightrope of being attentive to guests yet still keeping the line moving with a magical precision. They've helped me several times now getting my hands on a hard to reach title, either via orders or getting transfers from other stores outside my range.

This is definitely the gamestop to be a regular at!

I have been shopping at this Game Stop for several years and have never had anything but excellent service. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and are always helpful. I give this store 5 stars in every aspect of service, product knowledge, customer service and just making shopping there fun. This particular Gamestop usually has helpful people. Its also clean and easy to shop, well merchandised. The prices are good for used merchandise.

Went to go buy the snes classic and waited outside way before the store opened. Staff was really nice and came out to ask what I wanted even though the store was not open yet. He wasn't aware of any consoles coming in that day and went to check. Provided enough info so I would not have to continue waiting for another hour before they opened since the console would not even be there yet. I was able to get the console eventually and really appreciate staff coming out to relay information outside of store hours listed!

Great store! Every staff member I've met has been really friendly and helpful. I'll always stop in here when I need to preorder a game or trade. They are great at this location.

Good customer service and nice people working here. Always willing to help you out and give you information on anything that you need in their store. Parking can be difficult but it is what it is.

The only thing better than the games here you might ask. Well it's the customer service what a great bunch of people.

I had the pleasure of speaking to an employee who was knowledgable, easygoing, and not pushy which is hard to find in game stops it seems these days. We had a pretty long conversation about Fallout 4 before it was even taking preorders and I've continued to come back to this location because of the experience I had before.
