Went to modern smoke last minute to grab a detox. Hannah was wonderful and helped me find the right one for my situation. Upon purchase I decided to look around as to what they had for water pipes and found an Ironman piece. She was kind enough to grab it off the top shelf and even informed me that they could order a custom bowl to match. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend, and I will 100% be returning for all my future needs. Thanks again.

Was looking for a alternative to cigs to curve my "fits" and was recommended to this little diddy of an establishment. Very clean, organized, staff well versed in their products they offer for purchase. Made my exchange of currency for quality merchandise very pleasant and satisfying.

I’ve only had the best experiences here. The owner is amazing and the store is always perfectly in place! This place will forever have my business and I’ve recommended this shop to others many times because of the customer service I receive each visit. You don’t see much of that when shopping anymore. 10/10 recommend!

Most smoke shops are pretty basic in staff and environment. But Modern Smoke is definitely my favorite. I’ve been going here for years now and i love the staff as well as the set up. Lots of suggestions and really friendly staff. Before i moved to another city, Modern was basically like family. 5/5 would recommend.

These guys are great. I asked them about a specific mod "just as I had with several other stores" they were the only ones that even tried to get it. They were also always nice to me when I called and asked if it had came in yet, and didn't get annoyed. I am not very smart when it comes to my devices so I'm always having to ask them how to do stuff, really go the extra mile with customer service every time

Modern Smoke’s appearance and presentation is so refreshing from logo, to business cards, to assortment of the store layout. Typically smoke shops feel really old and outdated. I’m a hard sell and know which products I like. The cashier was incredibly professional to my man and I when we came in. He was super knowledge on the products and hospitable. I’m a New Yorker and never expect above beyond service. When I do, I have to take the time to appreciate and give my flowers! Definitely an east coast vibe to the store and wishing much more success in the area. J

I only recently started going to this shop. The staff is excellent and the customer service overall is fantastic. They have a wide selection so it’s a bit difficult for me to make a decision. I’ve asked for recommendations and have yet to be let down. Definitely my new go to shop from now on.
