Chuck, store manager at store #1607 in Watagua TX, deserves so many kudos. Chuck always goes above and beyond when my nine year old son comes in to look at Pokemon cards. He takes time to talk to him and shot the breeze about gaming and cards. He literally talks about how nice the “man at Game Stop” is. I’ve always noticed as well how he treats his employees, with respect. He’s what you want as a store manager as my son always wants to come back, which unfortunately for our pocketbook creates more profits for your store. 🤣 They recently hosted a Pokémon trade and play day on Sunday 1/28/2024, which allowed for my son to interact with other collectors, in which he was in heaven!

Our family loves this location! The manager is always attentive to our needs and makes everything amazing. We came today to buy some Funkos and we got a cool tote bag that's horror themed just for buying what we already planned. They have a lot of anime stuff and a huge selection of Funkos. The store is definitely out favorite because of the staff, but really the manager here Chuck always goes above and beyond.

This store recently started having Pokemon Play & Trade events. I went to the first one and it was amazing! Chuck's really good with younger fans and helps teach the game to anyone who wants to learn! I love that our local game store is doing things for the community. GameStop lets you pre-order Pokemon too....which I did for Paldean Fates and it was a flawless experience! I highly recomend Chuck and the team at his store if you're even slightly into Pokemon!

The manager, GameStop Chuck, was very helpful when guiding our questions and concerns on upgrading to a new console. We have gone to him before and he provides excellent feedback to his customers and he really knows what he is talking about. I highly recommended this place if you need questions answered or just ask about what games to purchase.

Gamestop Chuck is one of the most knowledgeable and kindest Gamestop employees we have ever met. We went to the Brooks Crossing location just because of Chuck. During our last visit at this location, Chuck was so helpful, that we chose his location again. If you need help and guidance, Gamestop Chuck is your guy!

The people here simply love games of all kinds! Very knowledgeable group of people and very helpful... they were great at helping my daughter find a new ds game and kept up good gaming convoy yhe entire time with me

I came to this store to buy pokemon cards for my 6 year old since the once close to my house was out. There I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager Chuck. He was super helpful and took the time to explain the difference between pokemon cards to a not so knowledgeable mom. He was so helpful and nice. It's been a while since I've seen such great customer service. 'll gladly go out of my way to come to this store instead of the one closest to me!

Chuck was fantastic!!!! He went above and beyond to help me out and saved me a trip back to my house (across town)! Highly recommend this GameStop due to the employees!!!! I would definitely drive across town to come back to this location!!!

I would just like to say Chuck helped me out tremendously. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to clarify a mix up on a game I had purchased and was given a different copy. He then went out of his way to make sure the game got to me before I was deployed. Seriously the best GameStop experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Chuck you were awesome bro.

I have had multiple website issues over the past two months while trying to order pre-owned consoles. The Brooks Crossing location's manager, Chuck, has been incredibly helpful in solving multiple issues on my behalf. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable.

I spoke with Chuck on the phone after having an issue with a switch I ordered that was not delivered. He called the powers at be and helped me get the answers I needed. All the while I was on the phone he was serving other customers and was the most pleasant person to listen to. He never became flustered. I appreciate his level of professionalism.

Justin & Chuck GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE guys!!!!!!!! Every time we visit GS, it's always great service. Myself being mommy, I don't have a clue half of the time what these kids want. J&C help the kiddos and speak their gaming languages. Again, when we visit this GS on Rufe Snow, J&C are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! Thanks guys for always making GS an enjoyable visit! The manager with the long beard is amazing. There was an issue so when I came to the store I was angry, so I apologize for that, but he handled the situation a million times better than I could have ever expected or imagined. The receipt I have says Chuck on it, so if that's you, thank you for your more than amazing help. I never really shopped at game stop before but I will start coming here for any of my gaming needs/wants because of how incredible he is. Thank you again for your help and time.

The same manager has been working here for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and consistent with amazing customer service.

Chuck is one of, if not the best customer service providers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Guy is knowledgeable, great at upselling w/o being pushy, an will go out of his way to get the best deal for any customer, including this one. Gives GameStop a good name.

I haven't shopped in GameStop in a hot minute -- but shopping tonight, Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before close was a genuine /pleasure/.

Tim, and his associate (young lady with wonderful green hair) were both knowledgeable, helpful, and very adequate with their understanding of current deals and sales.

They helped me get a PS4, a few games, and everything I'd need to help my sister have a great Christmas with her newly wed husband.
