Nike Factory Store - Gilroy

There are tons of on sale shoes and clothing at this store. I was looking for running shoes and there were pegasuses invincible and even some super shoes available for purchase. The line was long but it moved pretty quickly and the service was really nice at the front. There were plenty of sizes and colors available at the time and all at a wonderful price.

Nice store layout, great overall selection. It did surprise me that there were several good deals and I walked out with 2 pairs for $70. Great deal for some great shoes.

Team member Daniel was of great assistance over the phone tracking down my online order and connecting me with a customer service representative. Daniel had a lot of patience and was very professional and polite along with the over the phone team member. Great team!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, And the nice lady helped me find Everything I needed. I was in and out less than 10 minutes.

I visited on a Saturday and it was very crowded. It's a better store to buy shoes than clothes.

This store was packed on my saturday afternoon that I visited, they have a humungous shoe styles. Prices are pretty much same as other stores...

Came on a Thursday bc Saturday was crazy. School season is approaching and had to find some shoes for my son. It was a big store and lots of people yet managed to stay clean and staff were helpful. I can see staff folding and sorting clothes throughout the store. This made it easier to see and find things. Great store, will come again.

I had an above and beyond experience when I came in looking for training and running shoes. JJ was the manager on shift that helped me. He answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end (even rang me up at the register!). AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS JJ!

Great selection, and the prices are often better than you'll find online, due to the frequent sales. It can get a bit crowded sometimes, and they keep somewhat unusual hours, so just check out their Maps page before heading over.

I always have good experiences at this location, i went down there today and the cashier was very nice and helpful, this weekend has been busy because of Black Friday, and store was still decent clean. I noticed much more employees this time that’s a good thing for business, they closed at 7 on Sundays and 8 on weekdays
