Always have a good experience whether needing help or information. Great staff. Justin was a big help! This tree took me 7 minutes by myself to put up. Wanted to share the end result! Of course, decorating took a minute! lol Very sturdy tree, great amount of branches and a great purchase!

We came here for a new stacking washer and dryer set. Anthony in the Appliance section of the store was so helpful. He asked us if we needed help while he was finishing up with a client. Clean and very large store! Great selection and was surprised to see Christmas decorations already on display. The employees were/are very attractive to their/my needs. Clean bathrooms and the aisles are neatly put together. Great place for furthering your home decor and restorations.

Clean and organized! Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be able to get off work and head over to get plant supplies. It was 8 pm. Better than ordering online. 😄

Best customer service. Bought Frigidaire double oven arrived November 29, for our kitchen remodel so it sat in our garage until January when our cabinets were installed (delayed because of holidays and rain) . Friends installed oven, which turned out to be defective, called Lowe’s but no help because it was past 30 days! Called Frigidaire… no help but automated system sent me to another service who said they charge for defects since the oven actually works. OK back to Lowe’s and lucked out that a manager Mike listened to my story. Needless to say Mike and the staff at Lowe’s took our oven back , re ordered a new one and is having it delivered. Thank you Lowes

Fantastic customer service and special props to Horace for the outstanding assistance he provided in helping me select the right faucet and to Laura whose assistance at check out was so much more than I expected. She helped me save money on my purchases! Outstanding customer service!!!!!

I was in there last week looking for tool boxes. George was the manager on duty that day. He helped me purchase and load all my boxes into my truck.

I wanted to do the survey on the Lowes app but I missed the window for the review so I'm going to give him a 5 star review on Google for his support. He deserves a raise and for being a solid employee and very friendly guy.

It's hard to find employees that are willing to help you. George went above and beyond. I wish more employees were on his level.

I'm not asking a lot. Just help me find what I need and I'll go home. This guy did that and even helped me load them. So thank you George!

We bought a wirpool fridge that was delivered with a broken plug. For that reason it needed to be returned. My husband and I went to the store and talked to Luis Padilla on appliances department and he was incredible helpful to help us choose a similar fridge with the same dimensions since they didn't have another one the same in stock. Employs like him deserve to be recognized by his bosses. He is a five star employ.

I've been re-doing the inside of the RV and everyone here has been super helpful, also they definitely have better prices than other home improvement stores!

I have to save once upon a Time Lowe's in Sunnyvale not this place but Sunnyvale sold me about $1,000 worth of 2x6 redwood and it was select wood and they took the best pieces so what I got was what they would call culled lumber ... And I could see that yes it was b grade instead of a grade there were bruise pieces crayon marks etc etc. I bought it for $144 and it was I'm sure a thousand or more if we would have had to pay the full price but it was on a card and specially priced that was one of the smartest things I ever did because I was able to use the lumber by cutting it into smaller sizes and it quickly became obvious that I could build a simple strong fence and gate 8 ft tall and 8 ft wide and I still had a few pieces of red with leftover so Lowe's does have bargains every once in awhile but you got to ask about it and look around for the cards and remember the phrase Culled and repriced at a discount. Cuz I know Lowe's at Sunnyvale does it.. they might do it others

I had a terrible experience with the Lowe’s in Salinas and they had no determination to resolve the issue so I came to this store to get the help I needed and WOW! This store was FANTASTIC! Frank and George O. had the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Franks knowledge of paint was unparalleled and George’s resolve to rectify the issue was unprecedented! Their professionalism and customer service should be the gold standard for all businesses! As we are remodeling our home, we will bring all our service to Lowe’s only because of the hard work these two showed us today.

I came to Lowes two days in a row because I couldn't find what I was looking for. Sales person Hector saw me and he immediately came to help me. He found what I was looking for within minutes. I was so very happy. He then walked me to my car. If you ever need help at Lowes in Gilroy ask for Hector! He's the best.

Great sale today. Lots of shoppers and great deals. Friendly and helpful staff members. I even got help with large soil bags to my car. Enjoyed the beautiful garden area Spring is definitely here.
